Our stay in October was a real pleasure. The hotel has its flaws, but if there are any, they are definitely balanced by fabulous staff. We’d like to warmly thank: Laura, Manuel, Eliza the boss :), Natalia, Alberto from the restaurant for their help and assistance. As a family with milk, soy and almond allergies, we really had a lot of contact with. They were always communicative, helpful, friendly and extremely patient. We also noticed and appreciated a very competent Arianna from the check-in desk - when others couldn’t help, she always had the answer ready.
The pluses:
- fantastic restaurant staff mentioned above :)
- nice, exotic atmosphere
- comfortable rooms
- menu adjusted to allergies
- very family-friendly hotel
- when we were not satisfied with the room (too much noise from the ventilation fan), we got a better one without any problems or additional fee
- old-school bowling machines ;)
- interesting night-time performances suitable for both adults and children
- possibility to use the attractions and watch performances in the other hotels
The minuses:
- if you’d like to party at night, it’s not a place for you. It’s completely quiet by midnight (we didn’t mind that, but you have to be aware of it)
- the sound of fountains was a bit tiring towards the end of the stay.
- the cleaning was ok, but not 5-star level. I’d say 4 stars, because sometimes it wasn’t very detailed.
- the pillows were too hard and too high, but it’s a matter of taste.
- air conditioning in the room situated on the highest floor was quite noisy and not efficient enough on most hot days.
- the outdoor pools (also those in the Aquapark) are COLD. And I mean so cold that I had a headache when I left it after 10 minutes.
- guests without the all-inclusive option have to pay quite a lot for the Aquapark. PLUS some attractions at the (already paid!) aquapark are also for a fee, for example, the inflated round tubes for the slides. And you can't slide without them, because it's forbidden. So all in all, you pay for the aquapark and then extra - for the slides in the aquapark.
- lot of paid attraction despite of not so low price for the room
- shuttle bus could be available till later hours than 18:00.
- a bit too little choice of fresh vegetables, too many pickled ones.

The property is very large, close to the beach and in a resort with several other hotels, it is security guarded. Breakfast has many different options.
We arrived a couple of days before Christmas. Nothing was open, and as it is a huge open hotel it was freezing everywhere. They supposedly have several large restaurants, pools, entertainment areas like shows, discos, cinemas, etc. but everything was closed apart from the small family arcade and small bowling and one cafe/bar that was very unpleasant. It was cold, not friendly staff and had very limited stock. The hotel had 5-7 floors with hundreds of rooms and huge open communal areas, and so it was awful that only these 3 places were the only places open. Very disappointing. Not only that, we booked a family suite which is absolutely awful. Old, damaged, miserable and cold. The blankets for the sofa bed for the kids to sleep were dirty, the sofa was ripped and pulled material, the tv and bar stools , tables and all around furniture was broken, old fashioned and extremely well worn. It looked communist in every way. They certainly need to renovate the hotel rooms. The reception and front area looks very nice and impressive but it just gets worse as you walk through.

The room was spacious and clean, nice amenities
Good hours for food.
Treatments were nice but no relaxation room after and had to pay extra for the facilities.
Beautiful views outside
Very little choice for the food, mediocre.
Also the music in the main buffet was the same everyday at every meal, don't get me started on the type of it- very eerie, gave the impression of the Phantom Hotel. No atmosphere, felt like the only guest. Some of the corridors are very dark and cold. No entrainment. If you seen any staff at all, they were busy talking to each other. Reception always empty, they are hiding in a different room. The fish were sick with ick. Not very well taken care of. The waterfall when on at full blast made it impossible to sit in the massage chair due to the echo and the loudness. Same with the game room, the machines were playing the music so loud and the background music was playing even louder meshing all of the sounds together, after 30min you could only get a headache. I had really high hopes for the hotel and didn't mind paying extra knowing I will have a nice time but I was really disappointed. During the check-in nobody told us where to go, what times are the meals, what is there to do. I would definitely not recommend this hotel, there are many others which are better even during the off season and also cheaper.

Very beautiful hotel — it really makes an impression! Our room was large and spacious with an amazing inland view. The animation team was fantastic, and the Halloween show was great fun. The food was absolutely amazing — one of the best I’ve ever had — and the drinks were of excellent quality.Very pleasant beach club
However, there are a few things that could be improved. The water in the pools was freezing cold, which made swimming uncomfortable. We also had to pay extra for the all-inclusive service after check-out for just a few hours — something that’s usually included in other hotels we’ve stayed at. The beach club could also use some improvement; there was no all inclusive food option available because the restaurant was closed due to the low season. There were still plenty of guests around, so it would be great to have at least an all-inclusive snack bar open there.

You can save energy on external light, e.g. balcony lights and use it to heat a bit the water in pool

Great place to relax and unwind as a family with a small child! The pool was great, many fun activities for both young and old, and if you get tired of it, there's a "beach" club (not technically at the beach), offering more water-based activities. We had a half-board, which was more than enough, as the breakfast and dinner buffés were varied and of good quality. We would definitely come back.
The only thing that was not so great is that the cleaning staff did not do the most thorough of jobs. The floors were a bit dusty, and they did not seem to touch the terrace at all.

Very well designed and impressive as you first enter. Our little one loved the areas with the fish, birds and the turtles.

Several things did not come under all inclusive even though website claims differently. Not keen on they key chip for the door.

Entertainment and facilities
That after 11pm there is no more music and there is no disco for adults. In the summer months to have everything finish by 12pm is poor 👎🏻

The hotel unfortunately was nothing like it appears on booking.com, most of the pictures on here of the indoor pool, the splash park, the pool with the boat, the football pitch and basketball court and pretty much any amenity other than the hotels pool is at at least £10 per child and more per adult, per day.
The lady who ran the spa was outrageously rude and unhelpful and apart from the waiting and bar staff and a couple of receptionists, everyone else was very unhelpful.
Most disappointing holiday ever and it wasn’t cheap, kids were very bored, it’s a long walk for little ones to get to the sea and unless you want to fork out loads each day to go to the amenities, there isn’t a lot to do except go in the freezing cold pool.
Sad to have spent so much money on our yearly holiday and for it to have catfished all three parties who came with us.
Would not recommend. Obviously. (Also, when complaining about the fact that their photos are catfishing, there was literally no help or explanation. I’ve messaged the hotel manager and no reply either.)
All the hidden extra costs.

The room was big and clean.
Where do I even start.
1. Two out three restaurants were closed (thanks for selling us the all inclusive package)
2. Half of the arcade machines in the hotel didn’t work.
3. Snacks not included in all inclusive at the beach club (even though is was told it was)
4. The staff has no idea on how to serve or make milkshakes to the kids at the beach club
5. Water was freezing cold.
6. The food on the pictures on the hotels website is nothing like the food they serve. Kids menu and dessert is nothing like on the pictures.
7. No food is served at the beach club (thanks for selling me the all inclusive package)
8. Ice cream at the beach club is not included in all inclusive package.
9. I could continue writing negative things but honestly I feel ashamed to write more.

It’s a very big hotel which would have been spectacular when it was new. But it’s getting quite dated and obviously in our expertise they are not keeping on top of maintenance.
We were a group of 4 men on a golf trip and were put into a very small family room with 2 of us sharing a sofa. We complained to reception who said there was nothing they could do as no manager was on duty. So we booked another room at our expense on Booking.com at our expense.
Our new room:
The shower flooded our room and got our bags wet. There was lots of noise throughout the night until about 6am. It was a Saturday night but we didn’t expect this.
When we reported it to reception we only received attitude. Their response to the noise was “well it was a Saturday night sir”. It was absolutely shocking.

Room was comfortable, pool great. Even though big hotel the pool didn't seem too full.
Watermark down the road great also.
Restaurant food was hit and miss at times. I have stayed at Riwo a few times previously and their food was slightly better but the snack bar at Polynesia was better. Check in took longer than it should and still waiting for the wristband deposit back day after checkout.

The hotel was very clean. The staff and the Spanish families were very friendly. It's truly set up for a great family holiday with lots of entertainment for the children.
The beach club is brilliant!
And the location creates a nice breeze and beautiful views of the sea. Happy holiday :)
The food could be improved. A little more variety through the week would be great.
The main problem was the lack of vegetarian options and you'd definitely struggle as a vegan.

Perhaps better information about the hotel's restaurant location.

beautiful hotel with lovely rooms we had the sea view suite with the hot tub on the balcony. The hotel is very well maintained. every morning the hot tub was drained and cleaned which I was very impressed with. all of the staff were very helpful with information for attractions buses and always tried to help. The kids club was lovely and great security with a buzzer to get buzz in to collect children which reassured us. arcade and bowling in the evenings was a great addition to our evenings.
Overall the beautiful room and view made this hotel great for us.
all inclusive food - now I was weary of the bad reviews before i came here said id take a chance as there was some good unfortunately I’m not a picky eater but I was very let down by the food for each meal. dinner starts at 7 and we would be down for dinner at the starting time and still some of the food was cold I think they cook so much different dishes that half of them are cold by the time it’s ready for dinner service. a lot of the mains were very plain or had an odd flavour for the dish. most of the food apart from a handful of items I was not impressed by. To be fair there was a good selection which ranged each night unfortunately after trying the new additions each night they were far from impressive. I think if I was to return I would avoid the all inclusive.
I understand we stayed here during march off season but the evening entertainment was non existent during the week which I found disappointing considering the hotel had quite a few quests with children staying. I think as there is a couple of hotels here together even if they put together an evening entertainment for 2 of the complex’s to make up the numbers It would provide more entertainment in the evenings aside from music in a bar which wasn’t a suitable environment to bring kids.

I liked the spa and the staff were really nice. Rooms are huge like an apartment.
Good for a family looking for cheap and cheerful.
Very basic hotel, dated rooms. The hotel is very tired and old, it is like a Maze and you get lost a lot. Outdoor pool not heated but good size. Food very basic. be careful if staying outside peak season, only one buffet restaurant open. No irons available in rooms. The beds are Really uncomfortable.

The hotel was beautiful. It was clean, staff was very helpful and friendly. Had everything you need in one place. Plenty of activities for the kids.
In my opinion the food wasn’t good. The rooms do have a kitchen so you are able to cook your food. However there is no shops or anything within walking distance.

The variety of foods is great, its quality is OK.
The hotel is so beautiful, rooms (apartments) are large and clean.
There is a long distance between the entrance door and the rooms, and you have to walk/climb there! Unfortunately, there is not any shuttle to take guests.
There is not any indoor pool. Most of the interesting pictures on their page are for a beach club, which is not in the hotel! The club also was closed.

Food was ok. And it was nice with a snackbar between meals. View from Balcon was perfect.
We had the most expensive room with jacuzzi: The jucuzzi was noisy, it was old and could not be stopped. It made noise all night, so we had to sleep with ear plugs!
There was also a lot of noise from moving chairs in the restaurant, beginning from when breakfast oppened in the morning!
The wine was bad, and it was not possible to buy more expensive/better wine!
9.0 / 10.0
The staff and hotel far exceeded our expectations. We will be returning.
The room ws clean but the rubbish had not been cleared from the bathroom. It was done within 15 mins.
The soap and gel could be better for a spa hotel.
There was nothing to put in bath water.
The room was to 4 people but there were only 2 cups and two complimentary bottles of water.
These are only minor points, they didn't really affect our enjoyment of the stay but need thinling about by the staff.
2.0 / 10.0
Breakfast was a good selection and the hotel is impressive at a glance, other than that I wouldn't recommend the hotel.
Check in was poor. Waited at reception for a long time until a receptionist eventually came and treated us as if we were an inconvenience.
No information given to us about facilities.
When I asked about the indoor pool, I was told there wasn't one. We eventually discovered there was on the lower level.
The pool area is very basic with a need for an upgrade. The pool is not heated, so children cannot go in during winter months.
The rooms are VERY loud with children running and screaming in the corridors until 2am.
There were ants in the bedroom/bathroom/kitchen in the room.
Lots of facilities were closed completely or closed early. The water park was closed. Only the all inclusive restaurant is open during meal times, which didn't have a great selection at dinner/lunch.
We weren't asked whether we enjoyed our stay at check out. they simply took the keys and said goodbye.

Beautiful hotel, unusual
Mdesign ,clean, fantastic facilities, helpful and friendly staff, gorgeous views, junior suite had little kitchen facilities ok size and nice balcony ❤️
Food wasn't that good, wanted to go our for food but there was nothing around, no shops, pubs or restaurants , food in snack bar was very limited and just fast food , repetitive, if there were restaurants nearby we would go b&b next time..but have to go all inclusive as nowhere to eat round there,
Door didn't have inside lock, our 6 year old daughter went sleep walking onto corridor in the middle of the night
