Nobody to let you into rooms all via keycode, rooms available from 4pm was told would get a text at 3.50 with code - had to be chased up The welcome booklet states wifi available without password- this is not the case it was password protected and couldnt access it. No fruit or drinks on the cart on floor 1 as advised - there 3 nights there was never any. Pool looks dirty Drains seem to be slightly blocked as shower cubicle filled up very quivkly and took ages to empty Beds comfortable and toiletries provided

I was disappointed with this hotel given its rave reviews. I needed a quiet place to rest for one night before two long days of air travel but arrived to construction outside from 8-5. Something I wish I had been advised about in advance. The pillow cases were stained yellow as were some of the towels, the kettle was covered in calcium deposits and unusable, the coffee maker didn’t work, the kitchen sink was dirty, there were no napkins or dish drying clothes, and the shower wasn’t very hot. This just isn’t acceptable to me in what is advertised as a “deluxe suite”. I tried calling the number provided on this app multiple times regarding check in which was, in the end, very simple but was only able to reach someone when I arrived and called the number listed on the blackboard in the lobby. Parking is a bit challenging on street and there is a bit of a walk to the entrance and a number of stairs to navigate with luggage. I can handle one or two inconveniences for a nice place. This was just a bit much to deal with.

Nice small hotel with a wonderful view but far away from the city. Hotel sign is too small and the street so narrow that taxis couldn’t find the place. Swimming pool cold and not clean. Sauna broken. Jacucci dirty. I was also disapponted that there were not the boho styled lamps like in the brochure pictures. Cleaning daily but the floor was still dirty. No fruits available as promised in the hotel book.

Poor experience. Hotel booked ten months in advance. Found out from friends that all our rooms were cancelled 6 days before departure Called hotel who confirmed cancellation due to over booking. Still able to book first 1 night in hotel before moving to a airbnb arptment. So pleased that the rooms were cancelled. Room basic and small, shower not clean, cracks in shower cubicle Decent pool and BBQ area. Good location, lots of steps and key pads Not for me.

There was so much good potential for the property, but it's in bad shape. It's in a good location and has decent amenities. The downsides were that the pool was murky and smelly, the sauna was old and didn't keep the steam in (due to cracks), and the room decorations were not like the photos. The showers had mold and water didn't go down easily. Toiletries were also poor quality (like shampoo and body wash were the same). We only stayed for 1 night.

Unusual hotel, it is a villa now all individual rooms with self check in.. However it is very nice and works well. Extremely convenient for the pueblo. Nice room, swimming pool and loungers. All access is by a course on key pads.

Great deal for the price. The apartment is small and the “ac” was really a plugin fan, but it is clean and comfortable. The temperature outside was pleasant so the fan was ok but on a hot day it would have been a nightmare. But overall, it was a good deal.

I absolutely loved staying here. I was a little confused on how to get into the property but that was my fault for not checking my email, so when I called the hosts were so nice and patient and were sure to call back and check in to see if I got in ok. The room was super clean and had everything you could need. They even provided masks and shower amenities. My room had a balcony overlooking the back courtyard which was gorgeous and the pool was beautiful with a cute sauna. It location is in a great place with the butterfly sanctuary and mosque right down the road and city center is 10 minutes away. The only thing I would say is that parking is scarce. Maybe there was a better place to park but I could find it from the way I came so I would just say take a lap to look for parking.

Fantastic Little boutique hotel with pool, sauna and jacuzzi, and with lots of restaurants in close proximity it has everything you could possibly need for a very enjoyable visit.we had booked for just one nigiht but enjoyed it so much we extended the visit with another 3 nights. A big thank you to Karla for the help with directions and rebooking, Will definitely stay here again

Good stay in a nice room, good location adjacent to the butterfly park and pueblo. Couple of minor issues, the main problem being that the sliding patio door did not lock (the lock to secure it is actually in the wrong place!), the light outside was left pointing in the room (we realised this and moved it the next night - needs securing) and the pool was in need of a clean. All in all though, a nice place with good facilities and helpful messaging service, would stay again.

The rooms were basic, didnt have any hair dryer or ironing board. There was no lift, only steep stairs in and out of the hotel, which was not great with luggage. Additionally, there was poor signage to find the hotel. Also there was no reception, so all questions were answered via WhatsApp. However the location was good.

The property it’s self was ok, hard to find. We had a 5 night stay and the hot water was only working one of those. They said we could move up stairs while the plumbing was being fixed. We said we would stay where we was if it was fixed that day. We had to use another apartment upstairs for showers which is very inconvenient. We couldn’t even wash our faces in wash basin because of no hot water. Our towels were never changed or our bed sheets. The floor was never swept or washed all the time we were there. And the tea coffee was never replenished. We had a storm second night which left the pool and pool area very dirty this was never cleaned until I made a complaint. They were very unhelpful they said we would be compensated but never mentioned it again after saying they would give us one free nights stay. Which is not unacceptable able. Given we couldn’t use hot water or pool for 4 days. Even the local x pats said it was unacceptable
