Holiday Premium Resort

Pools were great and water was sufficiently warm. Personnel was very friendly and helpful. The buffet was pretty good most days. Better than the average all inclusive hotels. Queues were mostly short.

It's so worn down! Toilet in the room smells of sewer, toilet seat was cracked and it occasionally grabs and pulls some of the hairs from your thighs. The folding couch/bed is horrible and you will get back pain from sleeping there. The doors against the balcony have no rubber strips and are not air tight, so when it's windy you get an extreme noise all night long. Speaking of noise... All the rooms are facing a big internal common area and while the hotel rules claim to require no shouting and being mindful of other people, you will have to live with shouting and screaming every night until around 24:00 or 01:00. The hotel is more focused on partying than the families with children. It was a bit annoying the days when they had a guy assigning you a table at the restaurant. This slowed everything down and only ensured you got a table right in the middle with massive noise. They should just let people sit where they like, which fortunately was the case most days. Generally it's very noisy. The hotel speakers blast music and they have very loud live music as well. The waterslides in the beach club were lacking. There were 2 very small slides for children and the other 2 required you to rent a ring (10€/day) and one of them was closed most of the time and very slow and short. The last one was decent but they must have been crammed for space because it was just long and straight out to the side with very few turns.

It was also connected to the water park, so it was easy to move around. Even if I didn't go to the water park, I was able to have fun enough in the pool at the resort. Fun activities are on-going, so you can have fun from morning till late at night

Some of the elevators were out of order, which was a little inconvenient.

Pool good, beach club great and just across the road. Loads of food options. Kids are kept entertained by staff. Nice sun beds. Self service drinks beer soft drinks all day..

there could have been a bit more playing things in the kids pool and we were a bit disappointed that the soft play just opened on Tuesday.

The room size was great, it was nice to have the kitchen as a separate room. Living room, bathroom, balcony were all pretty big; bed was very comfortable.

Breakfast was a little underwhelming, not bad but just ok. The fridge was of the small type, freezer was very small. Location is not convenient unless you're just planning to stay within the hotel. Everything else is 15+ min walk or a short drive.

The whole resort is amazing. Very family orientated especially for u-12s. We brought our 2 and 4yr old with us and was non stop from 10am until 10pm. Always something on from kids clubs to poolside entertainment. Had our own pool at hotel and across the road was the waterpark. (Class) Pool was spotless and you can see the effort all the staff put in to keep the place its best. All the staff were INCREDIBLE ,so helpfull and attentive and a big shout out to the HV team especially Hannagh ,Nella, Juan ,Pedro and king john 🙂, who we had the pleasure of meeting and keeping the kids entertained all week. Amazing talents. Rooms were lovely. Aircon and all facilities were amazing.. very modern and beautiful hotel . We will definetly be back.

No negatives or complaints at all. Food was great, choices were great.but very repetitive for my own personal liking. But thats just me. And i would bring my own hairdryer as the one in the room isnt very powerfull. I also brought a usb full of films for the kids as theres only 2 english channels on the tv. But we only used the movies for when they were falling asleep. We wernt in the room much apart from sleeping. 😎.

There is bad smell in the bathroom, internet not working and there is a baby crying all night we can hear plus some people making noise and talking out loud til early morning.

location is perfect, amazing resort for the family. Kids were thoroughly entertained and enjoyed every minute.

They had problems accepting Amex in the reception to pay the bill and they did not try to help us at all. They just behaved very rude. We showed them that the card worked in the hotels bar and store but not in the reception. They still didn’t try to help us. So finally we moved out. Then they wanted extra money for a night we didn’t stay.

The hotel exceeded our expectations it was clean, the food was varied. The staff especially the entertainment staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were cleaned each day with fresh towels. Our children aged 15 and 14 loved everything about the hotel. We are looking forward to returning next year.

cold rooms/no change to heat at all. dirty plates in buffet. our room’s doors electronic lock was totally broken all the time and they changed our key/card 4 times (no fixing real problem), small kitchen includes in rooms, but NOT even wine opener, old and half broken facilities (everything). Hotel dont react anyway, even. many problems during 5 days visit.

We have stayed here before and there are plenty activities for children. The water park at the hotel is very good.

The outdoor snack bar near the children’s play area was closed which we found very useful before. Also a couple of outdoor activities were not in operation

All you need to entertain the kids, they will be busy all day, and I liked the pool bar as I enjoy my self and watch the kids. Javier and Carlos at the bar were top level bar tenders with excellent attitude.

Some cups and silverware were not cleaned properly and you have to check every cup before taking it in the breakfast buffet. Also, no snacks available if you need them at night after 10 pm. The only option for food is one restaurant, if you want something other than dinner buffet you will sleep hungry. The staff at the reception need some training as they don’t know some basic information about their hotel and sometimes they give wrong information/ answers.

The hotel was huge, it was a pleasant surprise. We stayed in the holiday world hotel, we didn't know which one we had booked, but the security at reception had our details and directed our driver to the correct hotel. Our room was spacious with a separate kitchen, bathroom, living room bedroom and huge balcony. The bed was two doubles pushed together so huge! As we arrived too late for the evening meal the staff actually put food in our fridge which was such a kind thought as we were starving! The pool is a good size (freezing though), the beach club was good too but being on the cliff edge was again freezing. The food was good for a buffet, some more rotation would be better to not leave the food sat there for hours as it did get cold quickly.

The mini golf was pretty rubbish, more information about the facilities as I think we could have visited the other hotels but nothing was advertised to help with this. Communication via the booking messenger was poor we kept trying to find out which hotel we had been allocated and requested a cot for the room but we didn't receive any response. The paper cups where very annoying they actually tainted the drinks and the beer needed to be in a glass.
