Hotel is absolutely beautiful Rooms cleaned and towels changed every day (bonus) most places dont do full cleans every day Staff all very nice

The location it’s all up hill and has nothing roundabout Buses 10 min walk from hotel, train station 25/30 min walk from bus stop near hotel. Bus & train take u to all different resorts which is good.

Our second time in this hotel Riwo was agean really good and i think Maybe we come back agean ... In the restaurant they have really good workers especially (Miriam Ruth Pérez) and her team like jonaah and the rest of ther team , thanks to you all we had really Good time and we enjoyed , it's really good place to travel with your family with children. It's organized and there is everything what you need

I wish all cakes, desserts, and sweets were ordered vegetarian or without gelatin, so people who eat halal can have options and consume them. In the meat section, chicken and pork are cooked in the same place and with the same oil, which is not halal. There were very few options for vegetarians and for halal food.

Was comfortable to get to the even we were attending

The tomatoes for the catalana in the breakfast were passed, really bad taste, ants in the room also… if you don’t have all inclusive then you have to pay for the safe box i the room and towels to be changed for the swimming pool!

Everything! Hotel polynesia is beautifully designed and feels amazing being here,, great variety of food every day, fun activities for children and adults, the animation team works very hard all day and put on a good show at night too The beach club is a big plus and makes the place extra special so all in all it's a wonderful experience

Not a big complaint but some of the cleaning staff do a better job than others, just a little more attention to detail will make it unnoticable when a different person has cleaned the room

The pool was great and staff were really good

Great hotel and facilities didn’t disappoint as a 4 star . Size of the hotel was perfect especially being all inclusive, Some additional restaurants gave you a paying option to eat if you wanted a break from the main all inclusive restaurant . Hotel was spacious and clean , so although busy you certainly were not on top of each other . Access to beach club was great although no food available there and was a distance from our hotel at the top of the hill, which having visited one of the sister hotels situated across the road from beach club we noticed it had more regulations around the pool area our hotel definitely suited my boys needs better mini golf they were allowed inflatables in pool and soft balls , sun beds weren’t really an issue . Food option at lunch repetitive but suited children Evening meals varied by themes each night and you could turn up 5 minutes before closing still plenty of fresh food being replenished same at breakfast . Room good size for the four of us , nice balcony and bathroom had separate shower and bath have to say water pressure was great and good hairdryer 👍 Small kitchen facilities in room, but no kettle boiled water in saucepan when needed but could always get milk and hot water from the piano bar in the hotel. Plenty to keep children entertained outside and inside . Would definitely return at the right price 👏 well done .

Entertainment was fantastic , Always something going on by the pool for all ages.
