The guest house was lovely, spotlessly clean and very well maintained. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect, within easy walking distance of York city centre and the main attractions. The staff was very welcoming, friendly and helpful, which made us feel at home. We also really enjoyed the delicious breakfast . Overall, we had a wonderful and comfortable stay and would happily stay here again.
Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like. Everything met our expectations and we had a very pleasant stay.

Generally is very good however in the room should be a conething to put in clothes, no wardrobe which is shame otherwise is very good

I was there for work so sadly they didn’t start serving breakfast until 8 am just after I had to leave.
Bedding is a bit tired
