Proximity to the city centre was excellent, lovely room and it was very clean. Breakfast was worth the extra. Went above and beyond in the heat to make us comfortable. Everything needed in the room: tea and coffee, mini fridge, water, fans, bathroom toiletries. All in all an enjoyable experience in this guest house
The bathroom was a little too small but well maintained and cleaned.

Hosts were welcoming and helpful and clear instructions for use of different keys allowing freedom of movement in and out of the property.
The bed was very comfortable but there was a crackly, possibly a waterproof, under the sheet. This meant one had difficulty cooling down in the night.

We had a very comfortable room with everything we needed. The breakfast was more than substantial, with plenty of choice. Tourist spots and restaurants within easy reach and a nice fish and chip shop just up the road. The park opposite was a nice place to relax at the end of a busy day. Fully recommended.

I was there for work so sadly they didn’t start serving breakfast until 8 am just after I had to leave.
Bedding is a bit tired
