Close to city centre, modern and well furnished. Good bed.

Couldn’t work out air con Until we phoned.

Check-in was easy. Ability to leave luggage after checking out. Good location for getting to the city centre, comfortable room.

Was warm. Bed was firm.

Far too many light switches for all the various different lights so confusing and annoying. Bathroom was not completely clean so had to report to management and there was old blood stain on sheet…also reported but no reply. Curtains had come off hooks…reported with no reply. Not enough milk and no sugar replaced so couldn’t have a cup of tea in morning. I would say that the management from what I could gather rely far too much on their housekeeper instead of being hands on themselves, ensuring the smooth running of the place. Felt like it was purely money making venture without the care required. Although there were issues we were not offered any money back. The light in the bathroom would not switch off as it was a sensor which wasn’t working, therefore we had light coming into our room round the door all night. Altogether it was a disappointing stay.
