Location was good for York Hospital as I needed a place urgently.
The stairs to the first floor are VERY steep for people with limited mobility.
Comms were good at the start but not when I needed to leave.

Everything I needed and nothing I didn’t. I especially liked the lighting design, particularly in the bathroom.
Hosts were extremely helpful and the a/c which was fully functional for each individual room was a godsend.
Bit further from city centre than ideal, but close enough to still walk in. Also the bed was made from two pushed together single mattresses that were different heights and kept wanting to separate. A very small quibble.

The property was in a great location and has the option of parking (although the streets are very narrow). Check in and out was straight forward.
Communication was complicated and slow. They asked us for phone and email, but when I replied to a WhatsApp message, they asked who I was! I was also sent a reminder for parking that was already paid.
The property has been cleverly renovated, but lacks sound proofing. We were woken at 5.45am on a Sunday with people leaving and moving around upstairs. They weren’t being noisy, just moving around!
