I enjoyed the hotel's design, our room was very comfortable, and breakfast was delicious. I was also happy to use a well-equipped gym and a photo booth!
We missed a coffee machine/free access to the kettle. The staff was also a bit too pushy trying to get us to upgrade to a room, which in the end made us not do it, although the price was fair.

I paid for suite accordingly they could not give me one because of mobility wheel chair access, they gave me regular room and refused to issue credit for not using suite . They told
Me to get credit from Booking . Com group.
Breakfast was repeatedly same food every day with use of leftovers from previous days!! , we had to go to cross street at Fazer bakery to get food.
