This was our second stay with Bob — first in Copenhagen and now in Helsinki. The Helsinki room was noticeably bigger and felt more like a modern studio apartment rather than a dorm-style setup, which we really liked.
The space was very clean and well-equipped with modern appliances (Miele oven, stove, refrigerator). The coffee machine was impressive — my husband loved it — and the coffee provided was good quality. The Polaroid and souvenir bags were also a thoughtful touch.
The kitchen tools were quite basic, though. Only one large pot was provided, which felt oversized for simple meals. It would be helpful to have a smaller pot, scissors, and sponges. While the dishwasher is convenient, it feels wasteful to run it for just a plate or two.
The bathroom was small, especially with the washer/dryer inside, making it a bit tight but still manageable. The bed and TV alignment also felt slightly awkward in terms of layout. We also missed having lotion provided like in Copenhagen, though we liked the amenities brand.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and plan to continue staying at Bob properties in the future.

Everything was well thought out and considered. Exceptional stay. Easy to check in and love all those stickers and Polaroids. Will be back if I ever come back to Helsinki!
