Very helpful staff, free luggage storage. The room was very spacious and the breakfast options are very good. Very convenient location to the train station and main city attractions, so very quiet neighbourhood.
The room was a bit run down with scratches on the bed rest and stain on sofa. No working desk in the room, despite the plenty of room.

Staff, Location.
Room doors! Way too heavy.. If a disabled person or a mother with a stroller are alone, it will be mission impossible to get in or out the room. And things, that are supposed to be included in a 4 star hotel, were not there, so..
