Location, family room also very spacious with two separate rooms.
Expensive for a hotel in holland on sea especially out of season. Room was also full of flies when we checked in.

Clean
Room had mugs and tea and coffee but no kettle did not realise untill morning which was to late. Room was very hot window did not open , fan was not efficient. You think yoi are getting a good price room but actually you are given a room that nobody would pay full price for
