Excellent location, wonderful staff and excellent evening meal.
Room dusty ( shelf beside bed covered in dust),old carpet so looked really unclean. No hangers in my room. No drawer or cupboard to put my small items so had to leave them in the case. Soap dispenser in bathroom empty after 2 uses!!! Cleaning staff need training or a good talking to. I did that job and would have been sacked if my supervisor had found that when checking my work.
Breakfast really poor choice, no nuts/choice of fruit/good quality cereals . This definitely needs improvement.
