Gresham Hotel

Everything was great. I'm always booking rooms for others or staying myself in this area, and this is one of my favourite/first choice hotels to book. Staff on front desk are always professional, courteous and kind. Highly recommend.

The room was small but very comfortable and had a small fridge and fan which were both good in the hot weather. The bathroom was very small but spotless. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very basic.

Security for left luggage & even room keys was somewhat lacking. It was free to leave bags which was great but there was no ticketing or secure storage so it didn't feel too safe to leave anything of value.

Good value for money given the prices of similar properties during a very busy weekend.

The location is excellent, close to Paddington station and the Central line. The rooms are clean and fairly well maintained, and the staff are very pleasant and helpful.

Like my last stay one week ago access to the Internet was rubbish. To be disconnected after less than two minutes, then reconnecting, being disconnected, and this happening time after time. It did not matter whether I tried in the evening after 11 PM, or in the morning before I went out. It was impossible to get a reliable Internet connection in my room. Possibly the Internet works properly on the ground floor near reception, but I have no wish to go up and down stairs trying to get connected to the Internet. I do not feel like booking this hotel again.
