Large room. Very clean. Staff friendly. Fan in room as was heatwave.
Room warm, really needed the fan. Decor a bit old fashioned. Not keen on shower curtains in general.

I booked a single and was given a double. The location close to Paddington station is ideal. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Friendly reception. Strong shower!
I found it strange that reception wasn't near the front door and was downstairs

Good location for my needs, friendly staff, comfortable bed, fan provided, tea & coffee provided
Not the property I actually booked stayed 2 doors up, no info provided on WiFi, door rattled as if someone was opening it, on fourth floor when stated lower floor in booking. Only 1 small towel provided, bathroom very small, shower was abit hit & miss unless you ran the tap in sink first. Kettle you had hold button in until boiled
