Room was clean and tidy, to the rear of the hotel, so very quiet. Although I had a light breakfast, what was on offer was more than I could ask for. The evening meal was also light, but again, the menu was very good. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Nice beer garden at the rear.
The bed was too soft for my taste, but is probably perfect for others - that's a very subjective opinion. I could get no WiFi reception in my room (9), but that was not a real problem.

Access to the property by parking free on the High Street was ideal. There were plenty of shops, food and cafes all in short walking distance.
The staff were welcoming and very friendly.
Had both an evening meal and full breakfast.
My wife thought the evening meal of Sea Bass was cooked to perfection.
