The radiator in our room was not working so we were upgraded to a luxurary suite at no extra cost.
Breakfast was not offered.

Great size room which is accessible for wheelchairs. Would of been good to have a stool/chair provided for wetroom.
The room was a bit cold through the night and we couldn't get the heating to come on. There was an electric heater with nowhere close to plug it in.

The location is second to none, but as the restaurant was closed I cannot comment on the food. Staff were very helpful, and rooms very comfortable.
As we were bringing our dog we booked a garden room, thinking a small garden would be a good idea. It turns out that the garden rooms relate to being close to the beer garden and don't actually have their own private garden - quite misleading. On our arrival we were unhappy with our allocated room which opened out onto the main street. However the staff were excellent and arranged a different room for us.
