Excellent room - large clean modern room, lovely furnishing and great shower Excellent Facilities - kettle, coffee machine, small fridge and large TV Breakfast was pre-order and had everything you could ever need. Cooked fresh and excellent ingredients. Edinburgh is 45 mins away by car and easily accessible. The location is very quiet overnight and great to get away from the busy City overnight. Couldn't fault the experience - first class!

Gorgeous B&B, the staff were so helpful and friendly and the breakfast was delicious! The B&B is literally next to a lovely park, so perfect if travelling with kids and a dog like we were! Super comfy beds too, we'll definitely be back.
