Lovely warm welcome on arrival. Great location and shops locally. We went for a great walk just a few minutes away.
The room was spacious and spotlessly clean with comfortable beds. Good check out time which gave time to relax the following morning after a long drive.
The toilet needs some attention as it doesn't stop trickling water after flushed which was quite annoying in the middle of the night. I had to get up to look at it as my son couldn't get it to stop. Gardeners were very prompt Saturday morning (they have a lot to do) but it was quite loud as we had windows open so it was a bit of shock but fine once windows were closed. I think parking should be included in the cost as at £95 it's already quite expensive.
