Location and price.
This hotel definitely needs renovation. Swimming pool was not clean much. Rooms are comfortable but old. Bathroom is not good. There is no hot water sometimes in day. AC was not working enough.Breakfast was okay but there were small flies above the fruits. Not hygienic. Some staff are reckless about their missions.
