Great location from the train station and the attractions

The location was very convenient to the train station and the attractions.

My room had a strange odor. I only stayed for one short night so I didn't bring it up to the staff.

A great option to stay in Nantes

IMHO It is a great hotel 3 stars+. I had a great welcome and got the keys even earlier than usual 15.00 check in. It is obvious that the hotel is maid with love and attention to its guests. A perfect solution to stay in Nantes for several days. My room was the smallest one on the floor but comparing to other European hotels it was not small at all.

Centrally located hotel. The staff were really nice. Breakfast was good with a good range of french pastries and baguettes. The room was good, clean and tidy.

Only comment is that the windows in room 20 are a bit wobbly when you open them

The small wardrobe is OK but there is no other bedroom storage, no drawers or shelves. Bathroom - not enough hanging space for 2 people's towels.

Comfortable, classy, well-located and good value

Great location: easy to reach from the station and right next to the castle. Ideal for me as an older (71 years old) solo female traveller. I also loved the decor: my room was a really classy dark green and there was a jazzy carpet, so nice not to have anodyne neutral decor! Very good breakfast with a large choice of food, cooked and cold; it was also excellent value. I hired a bike and there was safe storage for it.

A convenient stop for a late arrival and an early start from the station the next morning.

It fulfilled our need to be close to the station. It is also a short walk to the shops, bars and good restaurants where there is a lively night life.

The decor is dingy, there was no WiFi in our room. There were silver fish in the bath room and only a curtain separating the bathroom and the bedroom, although the WC was separate.

A small, friendly hotel that offers excellent value in every respect. We loved Nantes!

We liked everything: a perfect location within walking distance to all main sights; a very well informed and gracious staff who gave us useful tips on parking, exhibits, itineraries and places to eat at reasonable prices.

There were no on-site parking spots when we arrived so had to go to a public parking near the cathedral. The cost, however, was about the same for a secure space, and it was only a few minutes walk from the hotel.

Great hotel for a city trip to Nantes

The hotel looked nice and the staff was very friendly. Everything was clean and they only exchanged the towels we asked for during our stay. The breakfast was good. It included scrambled eggs, sausages and potatoes. It had air condition and a Private parking garage for a reasonable price and they accepted a reservation for it. The reception is 24/7. The hotel is next to the city centre so sight-seeing is very easy starting from the hotel.

The bathroom was separated by a curtain from the room. The toilet had its own room with door but the room was uncomfortable small. The wifi worked only sometimes in parts of the room that were around the door. Especially in the bed it was unreliable. The air condition was behind the curtain in the bathroom so the bathroom was cooler than the bedroom.

An enjoyable stay in a friendly city hotel.

The hotel was ideally situated for exploring the city. The room were well equipped with modern furnishings. The air conditioning came in useful. There was also a garage for safe storage of our bikes. Staff were very helpful and efficient. A special thank you to Sharlene who helped us with our SNCF train booking.

Room lighting was a bit dim.

Good location near to the train station. Quiet neighbourhood and comfortable beds.

We woke up late and the housekeeper was leaving very early. Thus a couple of days our room was not cleaned.

The room was small, but it had a splendid picture window looking out on a large park. Clean and straightened out, bed made every day. The hot water was copious and hot. It is a little bit away from where you want to be, but certainly quiet. A ten-minute walk to the center.

The staff were fantastic, helpful and very friendly. Gave us lots of information and tips. The room was different, nicely decorated.

Just a short distance from the ferry and historical landmarks

Finding the hotel was simple, just off the dual carriageway towards Ouistreham and then right into the town centre. The hotel was on the junction to the right. Strangely it has parking on both sides of the road, and this became clear when we checked in, as the room allocated dictates which car park to use. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a good size with bottled water provided as part of the cost. The en-suite was a good size, with a great shower. The hotel location is a relatively short walk from one of key WWII locations, Pegasus Bridge captured by the Allied paratroopers to ensure access for the D-Day landings. I am glad we walked to the bridge, as it was quite busy when we arrived and parking would have proved difficult.

The car park was a bit tight to turn around and face outwards again, but its achievable.
