Much to recommend here.

The apartment was outstanding in its cleanliness, provisions and open spacious feel. We were thoughtfully met with a bottle of wine and glasses on arrival. The crown jewel was a magnificent view. Our host was understanding and accommodating with my inadvertent mix-up regarding checkout and we were able to stay an additional day.

The primary challenge was the pronounced sound transfer from the apartment above which at times interfered with sleep as the occupants were often active walking with hard-soled or high-heeled shoes late at night for extended periods of time. Also, it should be noted that a few flights of stairs have to be navigated with luggage to reach and then exiting the location.

Felt very homely and that’s what you need when your travelling

Very homely location with amazing views. Pia was also very lovely and helped out with anything we needed. Washing machine was great and loved that parking was easy.

It was a little steep going down to the bottom, we managed but maybe difficult for some. We did find the place alittle stuffy and humid when returning from being out all day, the fans did help but took a little longer that what an air conditioner would. The fridge didn’t seal well so a lot of our food items were not cold or cold and then got very wet from condensation. Place is lovely, just need some minor attention.

Communication with the host, Pia, was easy, and she made us feel most welcome - thank you, Pia! I can't think of a more lovely place to stay in Siena.

Superb

Loved the view & the location . It was nice to be a bit out of the main town but still so close to everything. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. A neighbour had some tortoises which we found very exciting

Only downside was the hill to get into town which luckily wasn’t too bad but not great for anyone with young kids or mobility issues I would guess

Spectacular apartment with a stunning view of the Cathedral hillside! Perhaps the cleanest, most well-stocked apartment ever. The owners were always available to help and were most gracious. Every question was handled to perfection with a smile. We couldn't be happier with our stay

Excellent location and apartment with amazing view on the city. The apartment was clean and warm (visit in February). Kitchen well equipped. Public parking is very close, no problem with parking. Wonderful welcome with bottle of wine and our children adore piano in the living room. great value for the money.

It was an enjoyable experience that we won’t forget.

We loved staying at the property which had the most stunning view out to the city. We enjoyed a glass of wine with the window open overlooking the city at night. The host was kind enough to let us drop off our bags as we had arrived earlier than expected, and greeted us with a bottle of wine.

The only thing we would suggest is a fan in the dining room as the one provided didn’t work.

Perfect appartment with the most beautiful view

We liked everything. First of all, the view from the appartment is spectacular, you can't take your eyes from it. Appartment is very spacious and elegant. It is extremely clean. Everything you could need is there. And Pia is great host, she is so nice. We were late due to the traffic jam and car accident on the higway, but she was ok with it and did a late check in for us. Also, location is great. Hope to be back in Siena and stay here again. I highly recomed it.

The best beautiful window on Siena.

This location was AMAZING! La Finestra Su Siena was truly a window on Siena. From our bed, we watched the sun rise over the sights of Siena. With the clouds overhead slowly turning a bright red, it was just amazing. Siene is the perfect place to go as we are recovering from the pandemic, and La Finestra is the perfect place to stay there.

Cudowne wakacje w Sienie

Przepiękny widok na stare miasto. Właścicielka mieszkania była przemiła, przywitała nas butelką wina. Mieszkanie przestronne i bardzo czyste. Czuliśmy się jak na wakacjach u najbliższej rodziny. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra (ok. 10 minut od starego miasta), niedaleko sklep oraz darmowy parking. Bardzo polecam.

Este apartamento é um daqueles poucos lugares que são ainda mais bonitos que as fotos. Muito limpo, espaçoso, quieto, confortável. Pia e Francesco são anfitriões simpaticíssimos. Eu não conhecia Siena, e pela foto achei que tinha que descer um morro e depois subir outro para chegar ao centro. No entanto, o caminho é pelo lado e a subida é pequena, são apenas dez minutos de caminhada.
