Superb

Beautiful, spacious villa with high quality interior and fantastic gardens. Perfectly clean. Easy parking on site. Superb view over Tuscan countryside to the Siena skyline. Great location, close to the motorway and only a five minute drive from Siena (or an easy bus ride). A good deli-style shop is just down the road, ideal for picnic items and fresh bread. It was lovely to be given a basket of fresh herbs and produce from the garden on arrival.

It was great to have air conditioning in two of the bedrooms but it was less comfortable in the one which didn’t have this.

מיקום מצוין. בסיינה, נגיש מהכביש הראשי, מרכזי אך שקט וטובל בטבע עם נוף מקסים, אור, שקט ופרטיות.

ראשית, לא קיבלנו את הדירה שהזמנו. שנית, הדירה דורשת רענון ושדרוג. המתקנים בה חסרים וישנים מאוד. חסר: רשתות - המקום בטבע ויש הרבה חרקים מעופפים. מיקרוגל. מקפיא !!! יש רק מקרר. שקעים להטענת טלפונים ומתגים לכבות האת האור הראשי - ליד המיטה. לחצן ההדחה בשירותים ישן ונתקע כל הזמן. ברז המים הקרים של הבידה נזל כולו. המטבחון קטן מאוד ומרופט. שולחן האוכל אובלי וגדול מדי למידות הדירה. הכיסאות שם חסרים את הריפוד בגב. לא יכולנו לשבת עליהם. הספסל צר מאוד ולא מתאים לישיבה ליד שולחן אוכל בכלל ואובלי בפרט. הספה בסלון ישנה ופשוט שוקעים בה. הבד לא נעים למגע. לחץ מים במקלחת חלש וקשה למצוא את האיזון לטמפרטורה המבוקשת. דוד המים החמים, שנמצא במטבחון, רועש מאוד מדי פעם כשמתקלחים. יש אמבטיה קטנה עם וילון. לא נוח, לא נעים ומשפריץ מים. אין מקום לאחסון קוסמטיקה בכלל. אין ארון רחצה. רק כיור עם משטח קטן שאפשר להניח עליו סבון ומברשות שיניים …. את כל הקוסמטיקה שמנו על השידה הקטנה בסלון. הטלוויזיה היא מסך מחשב. קטנה מדי לצפייה למרחק 3 מטרים. בלתי רלוונטית לחלוטין לצפייה. כדאי לשבור את הקיר בין המטבחון הקטן לפינת האוכל, להתקין מטבח מרווח ונעים, שאפשר לעבוד בו לשים בו גם מכונת כביסה - כיום היא מחוץ לבניין בכלל. להציב פינת אוכל קטנה בקיר ממול, במקום השידה הגדולה והמגושמת לכוסות וצלחות, שלא מתאימה ל-2 דיירים בלבד אלא לאירוח של 20 איש …. לקנות ספה חדשה ולהתקין טלוויזיה אמיתית בגודל מתאים.

Prima verblijfslocatie

Locatie net buiten stad, rustig. Alle faciliteiten (keukenbenodigdheden, sanitair,..) waren aanwezig. Woning was ruim en voorzien van airco. Je kan gebruik maken van de gemeenschappelijke tuin. Parking is voorzien.

Afstand naar Siena is te voet nogal gevaar en doe je best met fiets,auto of bus.
