About this apartment rental
This luminous and cosy apartment is located in the beautiful Via San Marco, in the medieval centre of Siena. It is divided into a living room with sofa bed, a fully equipped brand new kitchen (Fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine with integrated dryer, stove, oven, microwawe and capsule coffee machine) a large bedroom with king size bed and a modern bathroom.
Fast FTTH Wi-Fi connection (Tim®)
All the city center is a limited traffic area but there is a very close parking, "Parcheggio il Duomo" (Covered): it is very near but it can be reached by car without any resident permit. There are also payment parkings on street outside of the walls of the city, not far from the apartment. It is not possible to reach the front door by car. (But parking il Duomo is very near, no worries!)
I can also provide high discounts for all the parkings with my personal resident card! Contact me before or after the reservation for more detalied informations.
If you arrive by train, the station is outside the city center. It is possible to reach the apartment by taxi in less than 15 minutes

Host very pleasant and communicative. No false or misleading descriptors were used to promote residence. The residence is very tastefully done, modern, clean and airy. Heating is excellent.A place worthy of a revisit.
