A lovely apartment in great location with friendly hosts.

We had good communication with the host and checking in was very easy. Alfredo even booked us a taxi which we appreciated as we don’t speak Italian and it made it easier for us. The apartment was spacious, clean and well setup. There was a lovely kitchen with a table and chairs which made it easy to cook and feel at home. It was in a great location near the old town with a lot to see and many restaurants and cafes in walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay and will stay there again but for longer time.

Good value and well-located.

Spacious and had two bedrooms. Well-located just outside of the walls to the historic center.

Very little to criticize. We were not thrilled at the written instructions to take out the garbage prior to check out a couple of blocks to the disposal bins. Have never encountered that before.

Nice view in the back room but too cold

the house is very spacious and clean. close to bus and train staion, theres grocery and pharmacy. location is great! the place could have been perfect ( no heater)

the escalator in the mall to go up to the place was broken. We took the taxi for €12. We have a huge luggages. House is sooo cold. Owner said heater in Siena can only be turn on Nov. 3. So, we slept in 47 F deg room.

Flat is a bit humid because is a low floor that doesn't get much sun. No possibility of heating until 1 Nov (city regulation) so no heaters or anything like that in the bathroom. Lack of power outlets or light switches by the beds, Tvs are old and doesn't always work well

A good apartment, could be better.

The apartment was in a good clean situation. The space was ok for four people. We were one couple and two friends so we had 2 double beds and one sofa bed. The staff was cool, and Alfredo came immediately to make the sheets on the sofa bed when we called him.

The beds were not so comfortable and the sofa bed was also the same. There was no water in the fridge, no soap or shampoo in the bathroom. The apartment was half underground so we had zero view. Also there was no electrical outlet near to the beds, pretty annoying tho. I think the price is a bit high for what it offers.

Lovely stay, great host and brilliant location. We will return!!!

We were met by Alfredo himself which was so good. he arranged parking for the night and explained the next day. Very communicative and answered questions via the app instantly. Great location only 10 mins walk through the gates to the centre of Siena a beautiful city!!! Great value city, good food, coffee and lovely people and beautiful sights.

Beds need upgraded to proper mattresses. That is are only complaint ever else was perfect!!

the house is spacious and comfortable with modern furniture and kitchen. it’s clean and feels like home-away-from-home. it’s very close to the main railway station and bus station. for those travelling by car, there’s a cheap car park at the railway station (€4 a day) and then you can walk to the house which is less than five minutes. you can get food from the nearby shopping mall. I highly recommend it and would still go back there

since the houses are old it’s possible to hear noises from other apartments so it’s best to lower volumes on electronic equipment and human voices.

During our stay we had free parking part of the time (when renting a car) behind the nearby B&B Casa di Alfredo. The host was helpful and it was a rather good apartment all in all.

The actual address was not the one that appeared at the time of booking, which meant that the back of the apartment was facing a fairly busy road (the adres was Via Piave 4, in the same area near the Porta Camollia). We would have liked an oven and a coffee machine in the kitchen. The water tank at the hallway was really noisy as soon as tapping just a little water, which could be disturbing at night.

Perfect location for a family of 4 travelling by car

Spacious apartment located 5 minutes away from the entrance of Siena's historical city. Alfredo is a great host, he came to meet us when we arrived and explained everything we needed to know and do when visiting the city. We arrived by car, the parking is located across the street on a main square. Very easy and convenient.

Nothing worth mentioning, the apartment met all our expectations.

Appartement spacieux avec 2 grandes chambres et 1 grande cuisine très bien équipée. Douche au top. À 5 min à pied de la gare et 15 min du centre. Hôte présent au check-in. Très bon rapport qualité-prix.
