Apartment on 2 levels of 80sqm, two bedrooms with bathroom, large living room and kitchen with all comforts, garden and private entrance, located 15 minutes from the city center, 5 minutes from the railway station and shopping center, it has ample parking in the private road completely free and always available, the apartment has two large and bright double bedrooms with bathrooms with tub and shower located in a very quiet area from which we can enjoy a view of the Sienese hills. Perfect for short or even weekly stays located in a strategic area a few minutes from the historic center and its beauties, also if you want to reach Florence or other Tuscan cities the apartment is very close to the highway that connects Siena to Florence so you can move also easily to visit the chianti or other beauties that our tuscany offers visitors. the apartment has a kitchen with all appliances, a table for 4 people, a room with a table for another 4 people, TV and unlimited wifi throughout the apartment. In the summer months, you can eat under the patio in the garden enjoying the view and the heat of the sun.

Lovely spot.. Simone met us before and after. Convenient walk to the train station. Enjoyed the patio and kitchen accommodations- washing machine (heyy).. pretty views & quick walk into the town with plenty of restaurants.

Great location. Had easy access to train & bus station, city center and grocery/shopping center. The Property owner was most helpful. He provided cleaning services and any question or concerned he immediately replies. I stayed for a month and would highly recommend this property.

A nice and well equipped place to spend a holiday. Conveniently located to reach Siena center in15/20 minutes foot walk and good access to roads for excurses to nearer and farer surrounding. Shopping facilities and supermarket in close distance.
Simone is a very friendly person with a lot of hints and advices what to do and where to get what. Very easy handling of delivery and collection of keys which is done personally by Simone. When coming back why not here again?
