Exceptional :)

Our stay at the hotel was exceptional. The breakfast was outstanding, and the level of service throughout our visit was equally impressive. Everything was of the highest quality. The room was comfortable, the bed luxurious, and we enjoyed a beautiful view of the park behind the hotel. The surroundings were remarkable: a peaceful, green area with many trees, various birds, a lake, and a riverbank just steps away, creating a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Parking is possible right in the courtyard of the hotel. We also had dinner at the Michelin-starred restaurant of the hotel which was truly superb. Every course was excellent, and I would highly recommend that guests take the opportunity to dine there. Staff is very kind, helpful and professional. We truly enjoyed our stay with our dog at the hotel.

I liked everything about this hotel and will definitely book again . We had a suite facing the park . A large bathroom with beautiful toiletries from Turkey . A Hasten bed that they sell in Harrods , we had the best nights sleep , late check out 12 . Nice turn down service. Disappointed we never dined in the hotel’s restaurant due to my husband not feeling good. It looked very busy and it’s definitely a reason to return . The hotel is in the most beautiful part of Holland the town is very quaint and a up market area . The staff very welcoming and friendly. Will return next year

The hotel is wonderful, located in a quaint little town near The Hague. It is ideally situated for exploring nearby cities such as The Hague, Leiden, Delft, Rotterdam, and even Amsterdam. Special mention goes to the staff, who were extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant one evening, and it was absolutely amazing.

Everything was perfect—from the ambiance of the room, which had every essential you could need, to the beautiful parks surrounding the property. The location was excellent, and we even brought our bikes along and loved that we could park them safely and for free—it made exploring the area so easy. The coffee machine in the room was excellent—such a thoughtful touch. ☕🚲🌳

Fabulous few days for a couple.

This was our fourth visit to this hotel and it remains impressive. Breakfast was beautifully prepared and presented. Waiting staff were attentive and so very polite and gentlemanly. Room was very clean and facilities were as expected. The bed was very large and oh so comfortable. In the dining area, the range of wine was exceptional, even though we did not have any, it would be an excellent base for any wine connoisseur. Similarly, the evening menu was exciting. Check in/out was swift. A car parking space in site was always available, but this may not always be so at peak times, but there’s plenty of space on the quiet road.

Absolutely stunning .

What an absolutely beautiful hotel. The room was outstanding. Free parking on site meant the car felt safe etc and only two minutes walk from an absolutely delightful little town . It was a shame we were only there the one night. As a negative, the breakfast was insanely expensive, however it was a Mother’s Day treat so we did pay, and whilst the service was excellent I probably would just wander into town to one of the many gorgeous looking cafes and restaurants. We didn’t arrive in time for an evening meal but I would imagine this would have been very much fine dining . The hotel is adjacent a park with a lovely terrace overlooking it . It wasn’t quite warm enough during our stay to eat outside, but I would love to go back in the summer . Highly recommend.

Great hotel and fantastic restaurant but make sure you chose the right breakfast option.

This is a Relais & Chateaux property family owned and operated in a super fine upper class residential neighbourhood. Park and canal nearby. Very close to The Hague. Excellent restaurant for evening.

Be sure to decide on your breakfast option to avoid disappointment. There are two breakfast options: standard and "de luxe" which we have not been informed about at check-in. As a result we have received the standard option and been watching other guests indulging in champagne.

Highest standards and good value for money

Everything. Staff were informative, welcoming and genuine. The building itself is beautiful. The rooms are light, airy, and spacious. Beds were very comfortable and warm. We enjoyed the welcome chocolates and took advantage of the coffee machine. The restaurant is exceptional and value for money.
