Superb Stay Near The Hague Conference Centre

The staff welcome was excellent as other reviewers have stated. They cannot do enough to help you. I had the added surprise on arrival of being "guest of the day", This came with many perks that I unfortunately did not get to take full advantage of. The thought was very pleasing though.

Great place to stay in Hague

Free snacks. It's right next to train station and short walk to city center. Friendly staff.

Bathroom sink stopper was broken and water did not drain properly. We just took it out. Bathroom in general needs a bit of refreshment.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, smooth and fast check in/out, long breakfast hours, the room had a spacious balcony, good minibar selection :)

The room was very dark and lacked proper lighting, the windows were very dirty, two elevators are defitnely not enough for this hotel, during peak times takes time to use it.

Nice location, needs updating

The location and the free access of the massive gym next door as that's the only reason I chose the hotel

The room wasn't as clean as I'd hoped and though nice to have a balcony there was construction going on and wasn't gr8 sleep on the first night

Another Fantastic Stay.

Third stay at this hotel, first since it's rebranding and it still is phenomenal. Clean, spacious, staff are wonderful and the location is quite literally unbeatable, 2 minutes away from the main train / tram hub, supermarket right next door and full access to the Sport City gym in the New babylon and only a short walk to the centre of town. Will always stay here when visiting Den Haag!

Great location to move around and great staff

Hotel staff was great, really helpful and friendly. Location is exceptional, is just next to door to Den Haag Central, so it's easy to move to Schiphol airport, Amsterdam Central and other cities in the Netherlands. They also have an agreement with Sportcity gym which is in the building next door, so it's a good plus to keep working out. Rooms are ok with average space.

Comfortable stay with useful amenities

The location is excellent, right in the city center, and the hotel has a beautiful breakfast room. I used the Q-Park Babylon parking, which was very convenient. I also appreciated the possibility to rent a bike directly from the hotel for a city tour. Breakfast was very good and starts early at 6:30, and the late check-out at 12:00 was a real plus.

I received several emails and WhatsApp messages about online check-in/check-out. I’m not a big fan of so many notifications.

The room was narrow and purely business-like, only one chair (though I was alone, no problem). Most TV-channels did not work. The invoice would be sent by e-mail but I never received it.

The quality of this hotel is not of a four star hotel.

It s close to the central station and the city.

The interior design is very depressing and the beds are of bad quality. In the middle of the bed it sags. Horrible. Also the food was of bad quality.

The wait for food to be delivered for supper in the restaurant was much too long. The rooms are getting a bit tired, and could stand renovation (the tap in the bathroom was getting loose..).

The door system in the wheelchair accessible room is perfect. A wheelchair traveler can easily go in and out of the room by himself. The room door opens and closes by itself.

It would be perfect if the sliding door to the bathroom was wider. The present hanging door was a bit on the way.

THERE WERE MANY ENGLISH CHANELS. LUCKILY BY SCROLLING ,WE WERE ABLE TO GET SOMETHING FOR THE TWINS TO WATCH.

RECEPTION CHECK IN COULD HAVE BEEN FRIENDLIER. VERY PERFUNCTORY. ("LETS JUST DO THE JOB AND GET OVER IT ATTITUDE"). NO EXTRA INFORMATION: SUCH AS BREAKFAST IS BETWEEN... AND ...".SLEEPING QUARTERS WERE QUITE TIGHT.HALLS OFF THE LIFTS WERE MUSTY, LIKE IT NEED ED TO BE AIRED.UPON ARRIVAL, THE NUMEROUS BIKES PASSING AS WE TRIED TO ACCESS THE PROPERTY WITH OUR LUGGAGE AND TWO SEVEN YEAR OLD GIRLS WAS QIUTE FRIGHTENING. NATURALLY , THEY DON'T STOP FOR ANYONE, INCLUDING KIDS AND MIDDLE AGED MEN LUGGING HEAVY LUGGAGE.
