Excellent Stay and Great Comfort I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was excellent and made it easy to get around and explore the main attractions. The facilities were very well maintained, and the amenities made the stay even more comfortable. The room and bathroom were spotless, and the housekeeping service was excellent. Having convenient parking was also a great plus. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience with excellent value for money. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

​If you are traveling in the summer, be aware. The rooms look nice and the location is fantastic (incredibly close to the town center and train station), but the comfort level was entirely unacceptable. ​For 4 nights, our room was a boiling 23°C because the air conditioning simply wasn't working. I raised this issue with the front desk every single day. It took until our very last night to be offered an alternative room, only to find the AC there was just as useless. ​A good night's sleep is a basic expectation, and this hotel failed to deliver it. Because of this, it is poor value for money and I cannot recommend it.

I only write reviews when I belief guests are mislead by hows things are marketed. Let’s start with the positives: the hotel has a fantastic location, close to the city center and within walking distance of everything. The bed was comfortable, and I especially liked the bathroom layout. However, where this hotel falls short is in its claim of being a 4-star property. I have never heard a reception say “no” so often to guests as here. Late checkout? No. Paid late checkout? Yes. Can I book it? No. Another guest asked about vegan breakfast options, and the staff had no real answer, leaving her feeling uncomfortable for even asking. I ask for a toothbrush, and they are not sure if they have it.. told me to wait upstairs and if they find it, they will bring it. But what if they don’t find it ( which they didn’t) Cleanliness was also disappointing: the coffee cups in the room had hairs in them, and the toilet still showed stains from the previous guest (nice and yellow) Overall, this hotel feels more like a stylish 2-star than a true 4-star. By comparison, I’ve stayed in 3-star hotels in the same city, that deliver service and standards closer to a 5-star than what this property currently offers. Sometimes the attitude of the workers can make the biggest difference in where you stay.
