I really liked the small things, the water that they provided, the small cookie, the personalized welcome message. The room was very quiet, the breakfast was nice, and the coffee that they have is really nice.

The location was excellent and easily accessible, making it convenient to get around and explore the area.

The room descriptions and photos online were somewhat misleading, as they made the rooms appear larger than they actually were. Additionally, the beds were not very comfortable, which affected the overall stay. Another concern was the bathtub setup. The combination of the tub and glass doors made it difficult to get in and out safely. I found it somewhat awkward to maneuver and did not feel particularly secure when entering or exiting the tub. Aside from these issues, the stay was satisfactory.

Central Location,very clean tidy and spacious room. Nice view and very interesting bathroom layout!

One socket wasn’t working. Iron supplied was moderate.

-Lack of friendly greeting upon check-in. -mold in shower but not a lot -no room service past 22.00 but we were never informed so we were hungry and I called but given a weak apology but no solution -apple juice and others tasted foul -probably pipes need cleaning -pillows too soft -no bathrobe in room -cracked basin
