Good hotel and great staff

Very comfortable, quiet spacious rooms. Easy to rest! The location was good for public transport, and possible to walk to the city centre. The breakfast was good.

Excellent hotel

Beautiful sizeable rooms with large windows and very comfortable beds. A real pleasure to stay in. Excellent breakfast (although one needs to pay additionally for it).

Good hotel with convenient parking option (at cost)

Next to world trade centre with parking garage of WTC connected to hotel. A plus. Good reception staff on in and out.

Initiative for not having housekeeping services during our two night stay was one free drink voucher in the hotel issued on the morning of our check out (coffee/soft). One drink for two guests. Why not two? Also why not issue those earlier as the day of departure for us is often busy.

+Bed was comfortable +view from the top floor, +Breakfast was mostly good except for apple juice +friendly staff at breakfast +Parking available

-Lack of friendly greeting upon check-in. -mold in shower but not a lot -no room service past 22.00 but we were never informed so we were hungry and I called but given a weak apology but no solution -apple juice and others tasted foul -probably pipes need cleaning -pillows too soft -no bathrobe in room -cracked basin

Nice hotel

Nice view from the high floor, clean room, and good breakfast. Everything was ok.

The bathroom has no door and a glass wall, which makes it difficult to use without disturbing others — especially when someone, like my child, is sleeping in the room, due to the light and noise. We came down for breakfast right at opening time, and there were so many people that it was even hard to get out of the elevator. I recommend going a bit later, after the crowd has entered the restaurant.

The price was too high for the quality offered. The washbasin was damaged, the room wasn’t very clean, and only two towels were provided—no bath mat at all. The shampoo and shower gel came in a single small sachet, which wasn’t even enough for one proper shower. Overall, the amenities were very poor for the price. Not recommended.

A good option outside of the bustling DH

The hotel is situated close to the train station Den Haag Laan van NOI, and also one tram stop away from Den Haag Central Station. The city centre (Spui, Grote Markt) is easily accessible by public transport. The breakfast is good, with a decent selection available. The staff is really friendly and helpful.

Easy to reach. Nice view. Very nice staff. Restaurant was great, breakfastbuffet was very nice with lots to chose from.

Mattresses way too hard. Eveything is getting a bit dated, like the rugs in the hallway. We first had a room with a window that was closed with duct-tape.

Pleasant

Location of the hotel is good, in addition to the room facilities. Felt safe and quite while staying. Room cleaning was also done timely and professionally. Staffs were quick and helpful in solving issues.

Some areas of the given room was not cleaned before checking in. Frequent deactivation of the access card was a bit annoying but the staffs were quick in resolving it. Even though the room was on high floor there was no view from the room so it didn't felt any difference.

Hotel is nice clean . Staff responds genuinely and nicely.

Bathroom is separated with a big blurred glass from the sleeping area. That a bit conflicts with privacy even if you stay as a couple. Maybe there are rooms with proper wall separation. Our stay was very good in general. I can recommend this hotel.

Nice but lacked customer care

Clean and modern

Layout of executive suite. Had to go up stairs to fill the kettle to have to boil it downstairs and have a cup of tea. Phone did not work on lower level. No answer from reception, room service or any connection during night service as only one member of staff on duty for whole hotel.

Would recommend!

The breakfast was excellent and there is a lot of choice. The staff is super friendly! They are always there for you and they always find a solution for your problems. And they are always with great humour!

There could have been something in the breakfast that would switch all 2 days or something for more variety. And they could do something to the clima in the room on the last floor. The room was fantastic only the clima was a little low it was always warm inside:(
