Decent Stay for the Price and Location.

The location is the best part about this hotel. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.

We found out only after checking in that the elevator wasn’t working which meant my mum who was in crutches had to climb very steep stairs to get to the room. Could have had more notice of this as we would have looked elsewhere.

Alright

That it was close to everything

Upon arrival, 2 members of my family came with me to help with my luggage. One of the stuff was super rude saying that just one person could sleep in the room. After that , my uncle didn’t want to be anywhere near the hotel. The stuff should be trained on how to speak with people.

Ok value for money

Great location close to the central station of Rotterdam. I guess for this price its hard to find something better in overpriced Rotterdam.

The room and bed was tiny, barely passable for a 2 night stay. Refundable deposit of 50euros in case you break the rules and smoke in the room felt like I was staying at a hostel. Then again false fire alarm at 4am confirmed why there is this deposit.

Excellent!

The room was excellent. Much better than we’d expected. We’ve been to many on our European football journeys, but this was one of the best. Helpful staff, especially as they knew we wouldn’t be back until very late after the game.

Nicely renovated and comfortable, good breakfast buffet.

My reservation was for a room with a double bed in a 3 star hotel with elevator. Instead I was given a room with 3 single beds in the building next door, with no elevator and on the 2nd floor with very steep stairs... I was told that is because the hotel was full... however all details were specified at time of reservation, including my arrival time...

Comfortable stay in an excellent location in Rotterdam.

The triple room we booked was very comfortable, particularly the air conditioning. Plenty of room, lovely bathroom and pleasant breakfast.

Disappointing

Hotel Milano was quite easy to get to from Rotterdam Centraal Station, and breakfast was pretty good. It's possible to leave your bags well before check-in, so you can go explore Rotterdam without having to carry all your luggage.

The cleanliness and maintenance of the room was subpar: the shower was dripping when I entered the room, there were hairs from the previous guest on the blanket, a giant crack in the window, the fire alarm looked like it was well past its life span, ... Additionally, there was a regular loud noise (from the plumbing?), which even persisted throughout the night. Although the ambience of the neighbourhood at night is obviously outside of the hotel's control, I didn't feel quite safe with the drunks hanging out very close to the hotel's entrance

Great central location close to tram stop and friendly staff. Great buffet breakfast.

My bed was a bit too soft and the pillow wasn’t comfortable. I prefer memory foam pillows as they give more support. Mini bar fridge hardly kept drinks cold 12 degrees is not cool enough.

So spacious! The room for the 3 of us adults have plenty of space to move around. The toilet is huge too

The toilet door knob was loose and the lock didn't work. The stairs are almost vertical and so difficult to go up with our heavy luggages

Your System is trash. People can enter and they are assigned a room even if someone is there. Lift system is not good. And there should be only one building and with a lift. Not a maze

More like a family hotel rather than a regular hotel.

The reception desk is kind. Close to the bus station. The room is large.

1. The room is large while empty, and the facilities are very basic. The beds are extremely soft (there didn't seem to be any springs inside the mattress), which is uncomfortable for me. 2. I've asked for a quiet room in advance, while the room is close to the street and noisy even at night. 3. Not friendly to kids and the child policy is not clear. They charged my kid even without an extra bed!!!

Small and cosy hotel right next to the center of Rotterdam. A walking distance from train station and all the major sights of the city. Room was clean and quiet and bed was really comfy. Had a very pleasant stay

A wonderful hotel with very nice staff.

Excellent location, just 10 minutes walk from Rotterdam Central Station. A very spacious room with a large bathroom - our room had both a shower cabin and a bathtub. The city center can be reached on foot - about 25 minutes, so it will not be a problem to go for a walk to enjoy the city and the dining options. Excellent value for money.

The windows of the room were facing the street, so until 11 in the evening you could hear the cars driving by, but if sleep comes, then these sounds do not disturb the night's rest.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. It is conveniently located with ready access to food and groceries. Hotel also provides garage parking but need to walk about 10 mins.

Best single room

I liked that it was quiet and could not hear any traffic. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. My fridge wasn't working in my room, so they kept my beers and water in their fridge and when I wanted them I rang and they brought it straight to my room. The bathroom was the cleanest I have ever seen.

My fridge not working. No netflix on tv. Mattrass kept sliding off the bed.
