price correlates with quality in a good way

Possibility to reserve it in the same day as check-in. There is some space inside. NOT ground floor hotel. Big bed. Clean. Bathroom is nice and light.

The only window we couldn’t fully close - so a bit loud and cold. The floors are old wood which is loud. Too dark inside.

Terrible.

Good location.

The room was very dirty: sticky floors, seat and toilet, dirty shower and various stains on the walls including liquid stains. There was no ventilation and the room was stuffy and smelled bad. The worst place we have stayed in.

Location was good, housekeepers were nice and helpful. Breakfast was acceptable. Clean.

On booking this hotel offers luggage storage and reception. There wasn’t any reception and check in was online. After arrive hotel was closed and it was only contact by phone call. After check out we had to walked to the different place about 700m and then left our luggage. It was a huge impediment.

Weird behavior at night

In the middle of the night, two intoxicated men (who appeared to be hotel staff) entered our room. They seemed to think it was funny, but I didn’t appreciate the joke. They woke us up for no reason and frightened us. I don’t understand how this kind of behavior is acceptable.

Cold water and no AC

Location.

I believe had never given such a bad review in the past, but this time I cannot look away of what has happened in my stay. The reception is only open from 7:00 am to 1:00 pm. I checked in around 7:00 pm and went for dinner. After returning I wanted to take a shower but there was no hot water. Soon after I realized that AC did not work. I immediatly sent a message but despite receiving an answer, the problem was not solved and remaining throughout my stay, which means I had to take 2 showers in ice cold water. I do not know if the problems were related to some constructions works that were happening in the road. This may explain the reasons for this problems, however, not the lack of action from the Hotel team. Hope you can improve for future Guests.

‘Home’ away from home

Room is decent, breakfast setup is very homey and warm atmosphere. But the most important fact is the people who work there. Very very helpful and always ready to help! I got a feeling of ‘home away from home’. Staff is the main assets here.

The night entrance was stiff, and hard for me to push open on the 1st attempt. At my age, I need to try a few times.

Good value for money if you don't want a hostel but don't want to spend lots on hotels

Location and cleanliness of this place was great. We didn't see or speak to any staff due to the self check-in nature of the hotel but that was fine. Only complaints would be that there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom and that the room was a little small for 3 people but the size wasn't a big problem for us as we were rarely in the room anyway.

Superb

Small nice hotel close to the city centre. Comfortable beds, clean bathroom and kettle in the room. We could even park nearby, although it costed a lot (but this is not hotel's fault definitely). Recommend this place!

Cosy. Purely. Good location. No parking nearly

We were warmly welcomed and seated quickly. The room is small but everything you need is there. The windows overlooked the courtyard, it was quiet at night. I really liked that the room had a kettle, a set of tea and coffee - for us it was important.

The parking garage, which we were advised at the reception to leave the car for the night, turned out to be 1.5 km away. there were no parking spaces on the street near the hotel and there was nowhere to leave the car.

Friendly staff. Good location. The breakfast was good.

Never book a room without a window (like room 105)- no ventilation at all. Dirty walls. Terrible smell. The hotel was full and we were only able to move to another room for one night out of three.

Great location, very convenient for short trips

The location and cleanliness of the room was very good.

The stairs to the room were very steep and it was very difficult to carry the suitcase. The space inside the room was narrow, there was no wardrobe. The hanger was above the TV and when the clothes were hung, the TV was not watched. The window could not be opened because it was an attic. If we stay again, we will not choose the attic room.

All of the staff were really friendly and welcoming. The room was large and clean, and fairly quiet despite being on a main road.

The room was extremely hot. They had an air conditioner which was great but using one in December is very wasteful and also not great for room air quality.

Great Lounge. Good breakfast.

The location is excellent, it's near to some museums and coffeeshops. The hotel is well-decorated and there is a big lounge area. The bedroom we stayed in was small but it had a private bathroom with a shower and free toiletries. The staff was really friendly and the breakfast was great.
