Location was great, within the heart of the historic Rotterdam, close to a lot of cool restaurants, bakeries and entertainment. Great for transportation as well, close to everything.

Very clean and decent

I was really nicely surprised with this hotel. I had to stay in this area but I didnt expect anything special. But it’s very nice, decent and clean hotel. Friendly staff. Illy coffee machine with capsules that they fill in every day. Pretty comfortable big desk if you need to use your laptop. Metro is 5 mins walking. Elevator

Sound proof could be better especially in morning hours when cleaning ladies start working. Neighborhood is not the best in Rdam.

It was very easy to get to from the train station on the tram, with tram stop being very close to hotel. Close to centre, and has lots of cafes, restaurants and good bars near by. The room was very clean, and serviced daily, and omg the bed was so comfortable. Very friendly staff. I would definitely recommend people to stay here.

Lovely, well-equipped apartment that made me feel at home.

Lovely apartment in a quiet and convenient location. Great breakfast and everything you need for a comfortable stay!

The only downside was the lack of sound insulation — hearing footsteps from the upstairs apartment was sometimes annoying.

Great central location. Nice room with coffee machine

Location is great. Room - spacious. I got Karlsson’s room on the roof - very happy with it. Well worth the money. Clean and safe. Rooms have a coffee machine and a kettle with selection of teas and Illy coffee - perfect start of the day. All the staff is very friendly and very helpful.

Due to scaffold currently outside and the strong winds during my stay - it was very noisy at night - creaking all night but not hotel’s fault.

Wonderful stay in Rotterdam centre

Perfect location for getting around, shopping, restaurants and sightseeing. Staff in hotel were friendly, helpful and always available. Garden is for sure an asset and we made use of the parking too.

From very early in the morning I could smell baking bread up on the 3rd floor - it's delicious but not at that early time.

Very clean and cosy. Staff very friendly. In nice area near cafes. Despite room being smaller it still had all necessary facilities along with a kettle and mini fridge.

Only drawback was I found I always had to ring the bell to be let in , my room card didn’t seem to let me in to the lobby, I’m unsure if this is the case for all keys or if mine didn’t work. But reception was 24/7 so wasn’t an issue for my stay. Pillow was a bit bumpy too but otherwise everything in the room was perfect.

Nice small hotel with a very good breakfast

Breakfast was very good, much better than one could have expected for a hotel of this price - and meticulously laid out by the nice night receptionist. When the weather is pleasant, the inner yard terrace will be great to sit in. Cozy family business hotel feel overall. Comfortable bed.

Friendly and comfortable

The room and the bed was extremely comfortable, had a lovely night's sleep. The bathroom was a little old school but was clean and had everything I needed!

The hot breakfast was a little sub-par, however the breakfast spread itself was great.

Nice family run hotel near the center of Rotterdam. Staff is very polite and helpful. Rooms are quite nice as well and clean. Coffee/tea is provided in the rooms which is much appreciated. The double room on first floor was quite comfy with nice views in the garden.

Accomodation is old which comes with challenges esp. in relation to noise. You can practically hear eveyrthing from the corridors incl. the noise that doors make when left open. prices could be lower.

Lovely people, cosy and clean place with a nice vibe, perfect location

I really liked cosy and chilled atmosphere. The breakfast was delicious ! You could really rest there. I was working in the hospital nearby so for me the localisation was perfect but anyway it would be for everyone! Cause very near there is a lovely port. You can visit all the hidden gems of the city on foot. The crew was very helpful. The room was very clean with new mineral water everyday. I would for sure come back.

Great hotel with lot's of possibilities for business or sightsseing

We were on an exhibition at Ahaoy and for us it was perfect going by bus directly to the center and back to the hotel (station directly in front of the hotel!). Lot's of good bars and restaurants around, public transportation (bus, tram, metro) all in the vicinity of the hotel. The transport to Central was also very short and the possibility to reach all the touristic places is given. The room size was 'normal' for old houses in Netherland's cities...it was quiet and clean. No complaints on that. The breakfast was very good - we had really more than everything we needed! So, all together - great time there.

Have to lie when I write something... Maybe the missing possibility to store your clothing somewhere - you have to 'live out of the luggage'. But that's not a big problem for just a few days.
