AbitaRoom Wine Mini-Flat

The responsiveness of the owner is outstanding!! We booked this stay very last minute ( with about 3 hours notice) after our previous accommodation was cancelled. We had our stay arranged and someone available to let us into the property and register us quicker than we could have checked into the original property!! I am so grateful for the owner's support and compassion during what could have been a very stressful situation! We got up one morning to discover an issue with the front door. Messaged the owner and it was very quickly fixed! Communication skills are great, language differences were never a barrier. The step by step instructions to access the property were very helpful. The location! A few minutes walk from the Bologna Centrale train station! A few minutes walk from the Porta Galleria and a beautiful park. Easy walking distance to other main locations such as Piazza Maggorie. The apartment itself is in a quiet location, so noise from other's or the street outside was never an issue. The bedroom was big, we had plenty of space to store clothing and space to store our luggage out of the way. A good sized bathroom with plenty of storage and a good sized shower cubicle. The little kitchen area, I thought the set up was so cute and really appreciated having somewhere to make coffee each morning.

Nothing, for a last minute booking after been let down by another property we feel we were incredibly lucky to have found this place!

The location is good, less than 10mins walk to train station. Bologna is small city, the location secure walking distance to everywhere. Check in was smooth and easy, it has a lift, very friendly to big suitcase traveller.

The neighbor seems working on construction. Was really loud between 8-18.

Large bedroom with a comfortable bed. Near to the train station and easy walk into the old city

Enough space and the location. Everything is working.

The apartment has very few light from outside. There is a loud sound everytime that we or the neighbours open the water taps or flush the toilet. So it happens that you awake too late in the night or too early in the morning. The apartment is badly isolated. We invited the owner to come to us so that we together could hear the noise. He didn't give a reaction.
