Great value, nice location, room for improvement for cleanness

Location is great for the expo centre, room is a good size, great pricing.

We had two apartment, my one was not clean enough, you can find hairs in bedding and on the bathroom walls.

Much larger space than expected.

Staff did not email me a receipt for the hotel like I requested twice. The bedrooms are on the street side, so if the windows are open it is loud.

The staff was kind and helpful. The accommodation is safe and comfortable.

Very nice Paris neighborhood, easy access to cafes, shops, metro. Kind, cheerful staff.

Funny smell in bathroom. Coffee packet provided but no coffee maker. Only one small blanket on bed, needed more bedding. I didn’t realize when booking that this is an assisted living facility; it was an unexpected, interesting experience.

Empty apartment in a senior citizen home. No blinds in the room and strong streetlight outside made sleep impossible. No wifi available (noone could tell me the password)

One of the worst experience travelling.

The location was very good.

Stay away from this place if possible! The attitude from the staff during my whole stay was awfull. They didn’t know how to take the card payment on my arrival but threatened that I can’t stay at night if I don’t find other means to pay for my stay. After they messed up with the payment, promissed the invoice again and again, constantly changing the time when I will get it, and never provided it. They didn’t offer any wi fi, just gave the old fashioned key, nothing else. Didn’t speak much English.

The pictures shows everything - I hope that I will be able to attach them to this review.... It was looking as renovation project, than apartment for renting.... A night for around 155 EUR, as per the given price is no sense... I've just took the given in advance money and left this place....

Warm, central and an beautiful heartwarming expierene

fantastische Umgebung , Restaurants ,Cafe ,Bakery everything in walking distance as well a super market just 1 minute walking. The Hotel is very comfortable with a warm feeling .I got this huge of hot chocolate like I lays drank in my grannies home. The stuff is very friendly, the Senior citizen open to talk to you and it is heartwarming and educative to hear their life stories. The small apartment is perfect ,clean the garden the Hotel relaxing . I only can recommend this Hotel. Metro is close and in no time you are in the center , but return in the evening to find a Restaurant in your neighborhood as they are very good.

Very good

Free car parking was perfect, the location was alright, the metro stations was close( 10 min walking distance) we booked the apartment and we got everything what we needed. Bonus: after the checkout we could leave our car in the parking garage for a few hours.

The reception staff couldn’t speak very well english, but they was still nice. It was hard to find the entrance to the parking place, but after that it was ok. :)

L’emplacement était sympa, le parking privé également. Le personnel est aimable et l’appartement est grand, excellent rapport qualité/prix. Appartement propre avec tout le nécessaire à disposition

Net appartement in seniorencomplex voor een korte citytrip

Het appartement was erg ruim met 2 slaapkamers, een woonkamer en een apart klein keukentje. Het was schoon en de bedden comfortabel. Prima douche. Het personeel bij de receptie is zeer behulpzaam en ook communiceren in het engels ging goed. Het was erg fijn dat er onder het gebouw gebruik gemaakt kon worden van de parkeergarage. Ligging is in het zuiden van de stad, maar metro (Alessia) is dichtbij en ook voor de deur is een stalling voor Velib leenfietsen dus je kan relatief snel in het centrum zijn.

De woonkamer is meer ingericht als een televisiekamer, namelijk een 2-persoons bank voor de televisie met een bijzettafeltje. Er is dus geen eettafel aanwezig met fatsoenlijke stoelen om aan te eten. In de badkamer was 1 grote handdoek aanwezig en verder kleine handdoekjes. De inrichting van de keuken was wel heel erg basic zonder goed kookgerei (hoewel we dat niet nodig hadden).
