Nicely decorated apartment!

Excellent location and a good size apartment. There’s a decent kitchen with all you’d need for a longer stay. Also on hand are laundry facilities which are invaluable. The apartment is within walking distance to most of the main sights in Rouen. The host was good at communicating and providing instructions.

The bed sheets could use renewing. Be aware of the stairs as the apartment is on the third floor with no elevator!

Perfect location for doing the prime destinations in Rouen. Cute and stylish apartment, loved the colour scheme. Super-comfy bed. Very helpful hosts. Parking nearby but recommend checking out maps first rather than trying to use Google directions for location

We alerted the hosts to a truly horrible smell from the shower/basin drains in the en suite, and they quickly responded to say it will be fixed.

Exceptional

Very comfortable beds, great location, very clean apartment with a nice view. Everything that we needed was provided.

Maybe it was a special day but we heard very loud shouting and the blowing of horns right through until 2.30 am when we eventually managed to get to sleep. There are many steps up to the third floor but we knew about that. (It just would have been nice to have 4 nespresso pods instead of 2, and a bottle of water - happy to pay extra). However, we were very pleased with the apartment and would happily stay there again.

Location right in the heart of the old town, metro nearby and lots of food shops. The apartment had everything we could ask for and more.

The location is perfect. Also the size and the facilities.

The apartment is located on the third floor without elevator – may be problematic for some people. Also it is not so easy to find a parking place (I'm talking about paid ones, there are no free parkings, of course)

1. Location is exceptional. It doesn't get better than that. Right in the heart of the old city. From your windows you can see justice palais, le gros horlog is around the corner and all attractions are in the circle where you are in the centre. It means you can reach any tourist sight in few minutes 2. The appartement has all the facilities you might need for a short stay. 3. It has a designer touch, if you are a fan. 4. WiFi worked without a glitch. 5. Dominique was super helpful and responsive, and a very nice gentleman in general.

Clean and extremely well equipped (including with washing appliances to clean our clothes after travelling a few days through Normandy), conveniently positioned in the heart of Rouen, very attentive hosts (who even dropped off some washing detergent when we needed it)

This is a fine, comfortable, small apt on a very central location. It is easy to visit Rouen from it. Very well decorated, attention to detail.

Warnings rather than criticisms: third floor walk-up, which is not a big problem and certainly not one that can be solved; minimal kitchen (good enough for breakfast but you can't really cook in it); a little noisy, which comes with its central location.

Superb

Located in the center of Rouen at less than 100m from the Gros Horloge this is the perfect starting point to discover the city of Jeanne d'Arc. Clean, friendly and very well equipped with a little kitchen and great shower. From the window you have a great view on the sculptures that decorate the Palais de Justice.

The appartement is on the 3rd floor so you have to climb a little.... Nothing else to report on the negative....
