Location was good. TV Screens were large. Jacuzzi and shower were nice just not expected in the room off the street!
An adapted commercial property (Rouen Centre glass door was the one door into the properties shower room!), layout was poor, stairs quite dangerous (my wife fell down the lower stairs badly bruising her arm), the two floors between bedroom and toilet made a bad layout worse. No windows, jacuzzi/shower area was one door from street, next doo to a night club that thank fully was closed while we were there. Sofa was squashed in front of a fridge and microwave - no sight of TV from sofa. Photos all close in and do not show the layout that would have definitely put me off selecting property. Better suited to 20 year old than 50 year old guests.
