Alle Beschäftigten waren sehr aufgeschlossen und sind auf alle Wünsche eingegangen. Es gab ein reichhaltiges Frühstück und die toskanischen Gerichte des Restaurants haben sehr lecker geschmeckt.

Sono arrivata prima del previsto, anche se non avevo la camera pronta, mi hanno fatta accomodare in un'altra camera per prepararmi, a camera terminata sono andata nella mia camera, la donna ai piani è stata gentilissima, tutto lo staff mi ha accolta come una di famiglia, ti fanno sentire a casa
