This is almost the perfect place to stay in Syracusa, it is on the street and makes you part of the street scene, restaurants are close by and some are outstanding. You can walk to the Greek and Roman sites or jump on the bus about two blocks away from the unit. We genuinely loved this place and the host. Outstanding value in a wonderful neighborhood.
Parking was a little hassle but if you are creative and embrace your inner Italian you can find a place with in two blocks.

La struttura è accogliente e pulita, vicina all’isola di ortigia, raggiungibile facilmente a piedi.
Il parcheggio, gratuito, sempre nei pressi della struttura, facile da trovare.
Inoltre, Katiuscia, molto disponibile!

Cet appartement est situé en bordure de la ZTL, ce qui est très pratique pour laisser la voiture sans trop de contrainte. On peut aller dans le centre de Serrat en 10 15 minutes à pied, faisable avec des enfants en bas âge.
Appartement très mal insonorisé, on entendait les voisins d’à côté (même la chasse d’eau. Ils donnent sur la route, on entendait les voitures aussi. La clim ne fonctionne que dans la pièce principale, le salon et donc pas dans la chambre. Très chaud la nuit. L’appartement est vraiment tout petit ce qui est compliqué quand on est à une famille, avec des bagages. Je ne le recommande pas.
