Très bien situé 10min à pieds de la gare et aux portes du centre historique, appartement tout équipé hyper grand avec balcons et air conditionné e t hôte super sympathique et arrangeant. Parfait!

Muy espacio y muy limpio. El hombre que nos atendió muy amable

Perfect location, so close to Ortigia (less than 5 minute walk to get to the first piazza) and also the bus stops. You can also easily walk to the train or bus to the airport. Clean appartment with good AC. It has everything as listed. Stefano was so accommodating. He told us everything about the appartment and gave us some information about things to do and restaurants. He even started us off with two large bottles of water in the fridge. The appartment is very spacious. The individual rooms are large and there is plenty of natural light. We used the stairs, but the lift worked well when we had our luggage. I'm glad we stayed here and highly recommend it.

Really nothing. Just don't judge the place by the lobby of the building. It is a bit tired, but can't be helped.

Su ubicación, la amplitud y tranquilidad. Además de tener aire acondicionado en todas las salas. Stefano muy majo.
