Sehr geräumig. Gute praktische Einrichtung. Schlafzimmer komfortables Betten. Gut nutzbares Schlafsofa. Bettwäsche sehr angenehm und Handtücher reichlich und groß.
In der Küche alles notwendige, außer Geschirrtücher, vorhanden.
Sehr starke Lautstärke durch Renovierungsbaustellen sehr früh morgens, zumal der Schutt direkt mit Krach abgeladen wurde. Auf Kontaktversuch per Mail, Kontaktbogen und Anrufbeantworter keine Reaktion durch die Agentur.

Lo mejor, la ubicación, a 5-10 min de todos los puntos de interés en Ortigia. Muy espacioso, limpio. Las camas están bien. 2 lavabos, lo cual para viajar en familia siempre va bien.
Lo peor, con mucha diferencia, el horrible olor que desprenden las cañerías. Por suerte, sólo estábamos en el apartamento para dormir. Sé que no es responsabilidad de la casa pero es algo a tener en cuenta. También hay que decir que se oyen bastant todos los ruidos de vecinos y de la escalera.

La totalità del necessario: biancheria, utensili, giochi
La cosa peggiore in assoluto è stato il chiasso notturno.
Di rumori, voci, suoni e camion spazzatura in orari incredibili. Alle 00.45 il camion del vetro che arriva e vuota i bidoni del ristorante adiacente e’ stato spaventoso.

Location was excellent
Maintenance badly needed. Outside entry dirty dog urine smell, foyer wall light hanging off wall, elevator not working, 28 steps to climbe, bathroom sewer smell, shower grout filthy gone brown,kitchen sink rusty, needs new mattress, floor tile grout missing, timber bed base corner chipped caused us leg scraped and bleeding, alarm in kitchen went off every 2 hours and had to disconnect it, toilet seat needs replacing.
