La ubicación, increíblemente céntrico en Ortigia. Planta cuarta con vistas al mar y a la ciudad. Techos altos que dan gran sensación de amplitud. Aire acondicionado en todas las estancias.
Solo había una ducha, para grupos grandes puede ser complicado prepararse. No existe un salón o zona de estar para juntarse.

la colazione non era compresa. la posizione centrale. il parcheggio è quello di Talete distante 500m, il teatro è a circa 1 km
C'erano due bagni ma solo uno con la doccia e se ci sono piu persone diventa problematico. E' bene che il proprietario venga di persona a ritirare la chiave perchè veda che è tutto a posto. oppure bisogna scattare foto prima e dopo il soggiorno in modo da tenerle in caso di diverbio in archivio.

Ottima posizione
Pulizie, moka inutilizzabili,asciugamani umidi, carta igienica mancante, personale che entrava in casa per togliere i panni dalla lavatrice in nostra presenza, portone di accesso allo stabile chiuso dall’interno abbiamo dovuto far scendere un inquilina per farci aprire.
