there's everything for a comfortable stay, even a fully equipped kitchen
the bed was comfy
quiet neighborhood close to many things

Good position and total availability by the owner. Recommended according to the price / quality proportion.
The flat was not so clean, the beds not really comfortable and the entrance door to the bathroom was uncomfortable. With those high temperatures, there was just a botte of water in the fridge as courtesy (for 3 person).
