La posizione e la pulizia della struttura
Il portone di ingresso della palazzina davvero orripilante e tutta una serie di cartoni, oggetti sparsi, una moto e copertoni nell' atrio del portone. Puzza persistente. Persino una bombola di gas posta all' ingresso della rampa di scala davvero pericolosa. Non ho parole!!!

Die Wohnung ist wirklich groß mit viel Platz und gut ausgestattet
Wir wurden freundlich empfangen
Die Lage ist zentral so dass man sowohl nach Ortigia als auch zu den archäologischen Stätten gut laufen kann
Einen kostenlosen Parkplatz haben wir am Straßenrand gefunden. Freie Plätze variieren über den Tag
Das Viertel selbst ist nicht das schönste, dafür überrascht die Wohnung umso mehr

The location was excellent. Internet also. Anna was most generous with goodies in the kitchen. Everything worked well. It was wonderful to be in a whole apartment again. Here's where things get tricky. The air conditioning was available only in the bedroom and it was a godsend. However, the rest of the house -- without A/C -- was difficult to enjoy fully during the 34C temps we experienced during our stay. Pity, because we really enjoyed the property overall.
The main entrance to the building was a bit finicky to enter and exit. The neighbor's dog, though safely enclosed near the common stairwell, did a fair amount of barking and could startle you as you passed by.
