A perfect blend of old and new. This is an unit updated and remodeled with an all modern bathroom and Kitchen interiors and exteriors. The windows are good for soundproofing.

The location was wonderful. The room was very clean and well equipped. You could tell that a lot of time and thought went into the design of the room. Fabio was very responsive and instructions to find the place were excellent

The area we were in had a broken water pipe. We had no water for either night. The property manager did a great job communicating with us to keep us updated on the problem. It was unfortunate. Had we not experienced this problem? We would have given it a higher rating.

Our second stay in the apartment. The location is nice, the look of the apartment is fantastic, the amenities are great.

When we arrived the apartment was icy cold. We froze for the first two days, the apartment got heated enought on the third. It was very moist inside. The floors are cold, which is expected. The terrace was in dirty bad condition, we did not use it at all. The worst thing apart from the cold was the noise. There is a bar 10-15 meters from the apartment and the noise is dreadful. There is no sound isolation at all - the bedrooms are super noisy from people walking by, shouting and the bar noises. We slept poorly because of the noise from the street. We paid a very high price for the apartment and expected excellency - instead we got the worst stay of our 3-week trip in Sicily even though the weather was fine.
