The room with a view onto the market-place street is light, airy, stylish and well equipped and the small balcony allows you to sit and watch the activity at the small and unimpressive market . The early morning noise from the street is bearable.

If it is still being marketed, do not book the "inner courtyard view" room (photo 112). We were initially allocated this room and found it to be dark and had an unpleasant drain smell. Opening the window only made matters worse, as the noise from the extractor fan and cooking smells from the restaurant below filled the room. Fortunately, we were able to move to another room, which was perfectly fine. The roof terrace was also disappointing, requiring the climb of many stairs and being in such poor condition that we had no desire to use it.

Our host Francesca was fantastic - an excellent communicator and went out of her way to accommodate us. Apartment is spotlessly cleaned, beautifully decorated, light and airy. Apartment is in an excellent location and the shared laundry and roof top terrace with lovely views was an added bonus. Grazie Millie Francesca!!

Beautifully decorated and fresh very clean apartment. Francesca the owner was also extremely friendly and helpful by allowing us early entry to apartment. WiFi excellent! Very good key security system.

The surrounding noise. We knew about the street market although wasn’t quite prepared for being wakened at 5.10am every morning with metal tables etc being dragged across the cobbles. We also were not made aware of the construction work being carried out at the property directly opposite. The noise of drilling and electrical saws etc before 7 am was extremely disturbing. We were shattered as a result of lack of sleep.
