La posizione strategica vicina al centro ed a tutti i servizi (Bus, bar, ristoranti, negozi e supermercati). La gentilezza e disponibilità della host. I confort dell'appartamento (lavatrice, macchina del caffè, bollitore ecc).
Il palazzo un po' trasandato ed in generale le strade piene di buche ma pensavo che questo non dipenda dai proprietari degli appartamenti

We stayed at Case Vacanze Balu for three nights and it was an ideal base to explore Siracusa and the surroundings. The apartment is very spacious with separate bedroom, kitchen, lounge and bathroom. All the rooms were pleasantly decorated and spotlessly clean. The whole apartment is equipped with everything needed for our stay or, indeed, for a longer stay. Angela was an excellent host throughout our stay, going well beyond the excellent entry instruction etc to give us some great trips for places to eat locally. The location of the apartment is great, a short walk from Ortigia with all its restaurants and bars etc. but tucked away from traffic noise etc. We could happily have stayed at Case Vacanze Balu for a longer stay.
