Spacious flat with two decent bedrooms with beds, no sofa-bed, which is rare and makes a difference. Nice dining / living room. Excellent location near Ortygia and local shops, with plenty of parking space in the street. The flat was very clean when we arrived. Good value for money, in Syracusa, if you look for a simple and convenient place to spend some time.

Bed sheets were never changed and nobody cleaned the flat over the 10 days we stayed. The bathroom was next to the kitchen and opposite the living room window, so you could notice when someone was in. Although the people who managed the property were friendly, they did not speak English or any other language at all apart from Italian. This made communications unnecessarily complex and time-consuming, which does not look nice in a touristic place like Sicily. There was no washing machine, despite the facilities displayed in the property description, so this was misleading.

L emplacement est parfait et l appartement assez grand pour 4 personnes. Un petit bémol pour la douche qui est petite.
