The spacious apartment is in a good, central location, with easy access to Ortigia and the Archaelogical Park, supermarket and restaurants. Host Guilio was easy to communicate with, was there to meet us on arrival and very helpful. There is parking in the area and we were lucky to secure it for free for our four night stay.
The apartment is spacious and serviceable but it is not "Deluxe"! The balcony is not really useable - no furniture and needs "refreshing". The street is busy and noisy (motorbikes) even with the shutters down at night. The kitchen equiment is basic if you want to cook.
