Great place with two AC indoor units. Very clean and well equipped. Host was wonderful too. Instructions for check-in and check-out were super clear. Street parking is free right next to the place. I highly recommend this aptartment.
WiFi repeater in bedroom sometimes makes connection worse, so I recommend you unplug it since the signal is strong enough anyways. It is nothing to worry about really.

Although we didn't meet her in person Francesca was welcoming and helpful. Just as a matter of bad luck the smoke alarm battery ran out on our last night at 1 a.m. so the beeping disturbed our sleep. Francesca was so apologetic and even refunded us the money for that night which was very thoughtful and kind. I also left my electric toothbrush behind and she didn't hesitate to offer to send it to me. The apartment is modern, well-designed, clean and comfortable. The location is in a quiet residential area away from the crowds in Ortigia, though only a 20 minute walk away, which was perfect for us. As a bonus the Piazza de Santa Lucia is 5 mins walk away, which is where the amazing Caravaggio painting of the burial of the saint can be found in the Basilica, with the fascinating catacombs to visit beneath. There is also a great flea market in the Piazza on Sunday mornings.
Nothing.
