Kim was really accommodating and helped us with any issues we had.
It was clean well managed. Like that it had a few cereal bits and tea and coffee which was a nice touch.

Perfect for getting away with the kids and dog. Well planned out cottage, with lots of nice extras like milk and butter in fridge, cereal, jam, tea, coffee, biscuits. Good selection of board games too, handy as it was raining for all afternoon/evening while we stayed!
The hair dryer was at best lukewarm, maybe needs replacing - a very minor issue though.
