An oasis for a relaxing break

This B&B is a real gem. The location is perfect, very close to the town and next to the castle and close to the beach. The owner is super friendly and very helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. Nestled between the castle and the town, it is an oasis of calm with a beautiful terrace which we made use of to have a quiet lunch. The room was very well equipped with both a kettle for tea PLUS a coffee pod machine, that's unique. The room was very big with a huge bathroom with a walk in shower and a bath. One word describes this lovely house, outstanding! We will definitely be returning.

Perfect!

Location was perfect. Very quiet but within walking distance of the shops and restaurants. The accommodation was very comfortable and clean. Olivier was the perfect host and was really helpful throughout our stay, making recommendations for restaurants and booking them for us in advance. We were foot passengers on the ferry and he kindly picked us up and dropped us off at the port.

A perfect place to stay for a short break to Dieppe

We were arriving on a late ferry on our bicycles and throughout all communication with Olivier we felt reassured. He met us at the gate on arrival and was helpful in every aspect of our stay. It was a beautiful oasis within the property and we loved looking at Dieppe Castle through our bedroom window.

Excellent. Sorry, I do know it's not a sentence but that is how we would sum it up our visit.

The location could not have been better, beautifully quiet and a lovely garden. Breakfast was a delight. Our hosts couldn't have been more helpful.

Perhaps didn't like is a bit strong, " What could have been better? " is how we would put it. I found the stairs difficult when going down, this was because being so beautifully white, I couldn't easily see where one step finished and the next one started. The lighting in the bathroom was nicely low key, but not good when trying to apply makeup. One of our constant moans is that in most, if not all establishments, there is never enough hanging provision for outdoor clothes, especially if wet, when first returning to the room.

Would thoroughly recommend a stay at this accommodation.

The location was perfect very quiet and within walking distance of the towns and places of interest. Also within walking distance of train/bus station so easy to visit other towns. Room large and airy. Bed extremely comfy also pillows which is very unusual for France! Breakfast good. Host was very nice and helpful.

Only niggle was lack of hot water. Bath huge so needed a lot of water to fill it so water was only ever like warm.

Luxurious spacious suite in a quiet location nestled under the castle walls. Everything was spotless and top quality. Bath and shower both worked well with plenty of hot water. Lovely hosts provided a fresh continental breakfast in airy kitchen diner. Close to the town sites and restaurants.

A wonderful stay in a lovely town.

Beautiful position. Excellent service. Fantastic bedroom and bathroom. Room loaded with extras from a mini bar to a hair claw to use in the wonderful shower. Then came breakfast, a lot of lovely fresh food served with professional kindness. All in all simply marvellous. Would heartily recommend.

This is a gem. We loved everything about the place.It was exceptional and we’d go back if we ever return to Dieppe.

everything was lovely. the location, the room, the facilities and the owners were delightful and accommodating. We don’t usually stay in b and bs but this one changed our minds for future bookings. The decor is gorgeous, the bed so comfortable and the bathtub so big and modern.

The only thing was that we ran out of hot water in the morning!

A perfect short stay in an excellent hotel. we would thoroughly recommend it.

As soon as we arrived we were greeted in a very friendly and welcoming manner. The location was perfect, a stones throw from the town and front. The room was spotlessly clean and had everything and more we could have wanted or needed. The bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was in a quiet room on the ground floor and we were served tea/coffee and then to ourselves. The choice was amazing and the croissants and French bread so fresh and delicious. We couldn't have asked for more. the sun was shining on our first evening there and we sat on the high terrace, drinking wine from the room bar and playing scrabble. Perfect! Olivier, the host was more than helpful too, suggesting where we could ride our bikes and which villages to visit nearby. Thank you so much!
