You also have wireless internet, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer, open living room with TV, queen size sleep sofa, dining area, and sliders to the outside patio equipped with outside furniture.
First Floor: Bedroom #1 -- 1 set of bunk beds with a trundle (sleeps 3); Second Floor: Bedroom #2 (Master) in loft -- 1 King with TV.

Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover.

The condo was very cute and suited our family’s needs well. It was a great location for both pools or to get to the town beaches. The condo had some issues due to the cleaning company not cleaning everything well, but otherwise it was a great stay!

Although the pictures of the property were accurate, the listing described it as ‘completely remodeled’. This is not accurate. The kitchen and bathrooms were all original - at least 30 years old. The condo was dark and wet with a humidifier running constantly that I had to dump out the water. Upon check in, the patio furniture and grill were absolutely filthy and probably hadn’t been cleaned since last summer. Check out instructions a
